It started with a fake relationship [Tighnari x Cyno]

Chapter 22

Collei, Tighnari and Cyno sat at the breakfast table and started to eat their breakfast.

In the meantime, Cyno realized he had unread messages from his mother, so he decided to answer those messages.

Cyno's mom: Hi darling, you're with your boyfriend, right? Are you coming home later or are you spending the weekend with him?

Cyno: Hey mom! I am more likely spending the weekend with him if that's ok with you!

Cyno's mom: That's fine! Kris says he misses you a lot!

Cyno felt like throwing his phone on the floor that moment. He just wished his mother knew what Kris actually was like.

But he knew that she would always take Kris' side since he was the older one.

Cyno remembered this one time when he was 10 years old. He was in school, sitting in class, during the final school lesson. Eventually, the school bell had rang for everyone to go come.

Cyno walked out of school. Usually, his mother would collect him if she wasn't busy with her job, but if she was busy, he would walk home himself.

That day, he knew his mother would collect him since she told him she had time that day. Cyno walked outside, expecting to see his mother stand somewhere, waiting for him.

But in shock, his mother wasn't there. Instead, Kris was.

At that time, Cyno was already scared of Kris, since Kris was already horrible to him. So seeing his older step brother waiting for him was not a good surprise for Cyno.

Cyno took a deep breath and approached Kris.
„ Hey Kris!", Cyno said, „ Isn't mom collecting me?"
„ Not today. As if she'd have the time for you!", Kris said as an evil grin appeared on his face, „ Anyway, take this!"

Out of nowhere, Kris tackled into his younger step brother in a really rough way, making Cyno fall to the ground.

Cyno cried in pain, as his brother laughed and ran off.

Cyno's left arm and knee were wounded, since Kris had really hurt him.

Since Kris had ran off , Cyno knew he had to walk home by himself. He got up from the ground, and walked home by himself.

As he arrived home and opened the front door, the first thing he saw was mom was standing in the hallway. She had her arms crossed and looked extremely angry.

Kris was standing next to her, with an evil grin on his face.

At this moment, Cyno knew that Kris had told his mom something bad about Cyno.

„ Kris told me how rude you were to him!", she yelled, „ After he even took his time to collect you from school!"

Cyno was shocked. He was right: Kris had told some false information to his mom.

„ That's not true! Kris tackled into me and ran off!", Cyno shouted.

„ Stop lying! You're grounded for a week!", his mom growled as she walked off.

Since then, Cyno knew that he could never tell his mom the truth about Kris. His mom never saw anything bad about Kris. She always thought he was a sweet, kindhearted boy.

She would never believe Cyno if he told her the truth of how he really was.

Meanwhile, Tighnari noticed Cyno zoning out, thinking about his step brother.

„ Darling, are you ok?", Tighnari asked.

Cyno quickly got back to reality.
„ Huh?", he gasped, „ Oh yeah, I'm fine! I just will text my mom since she texted me!"

Cyno took out his phone and texted his mom.

Cyno: Well, I'll see you on Monday then

Cyno's mom: What are you doing today btw? You must be going on a date with Tighnari, right? And see you on Monday!

Cyno: I was planning on bringing him to the cinema at noon. There are a lot of good movies on atm, and I'll let him choose a movie!

Cyno's mom: Well then, have fun!

After breakfast, Cyno and Tighnari got dressed before heading outside to go on their date. Collei was going to stay in the flat that day on her own, but she didn't mind. She would watch TV all day or play Nintendo Switch.

„ So, where are we going today?", Tighnari asked as both boys were outside.

„ Well, I was planning on going to my house later in the day but that's not happening since Kris is there!", Cyno said, „ But I was planning on bringing you to the cinema. There are so many good movies showing!"

A big smile appeared on Tighnari's face.
„ I love going to the cinema!", Tighnari said smiling.
„ I haven't gone in a while, so I'm happy to go too!", Cyno said with a happy look on his face.

Both boys took the bus and drove to the city, where the cinema was located.

As they arrived at the cinema, they looked what was showing.
„ You can choose the movie! I'm fine with anything!", Cyno said to his boyfriend.
„ Thank you!", Tighnari thanked as he took a look at the movie selection.

About 3 minutes later, he made eye contact with Cyno, meaning he had an idea of what he wanted to watch.
„ Well for me it's either the new Minions movie, or the new One Piece movie!", Tighnari said.
„ Oh my archons, you have such taste!", Cyno said, „ I would be happy to watch both movies!"

Tighnari smiled.
„ Should we watch the Minions movie?", he asked, „ It's a funny movie, and I can tell already that the movie is funnier than you ever will be!"

Cyno rolled his eyes and laughed.
„ Shut up! I am funny!", Cyno laughed.
Tighnari laughed as well.

Both boys got into a line to buy the ticket.
„ We should buy pop corn to share as well!", Tighnari suggested.

„ And we should buy a slushy! They have them here!", Cyno said smiling, „ You can take a red one, I can take a blue one!"
„ I see what you're trying to do here!", Tighnari said as he laughed.
Cyno laughed as well.

Suddenly, both of them saw a shadow in front of them.

Someone was behind them.

„ Well if it isn't the gays!", a voice said.

Cyno immediately knew who it was as soon as he heard the voice.

He turned around and saw him standing there, with that evil, mean grin on his face.
