Kai's POV (proofread)
I walk to the car with my parents as I see the guys walk past us with their heads down, Sebastian looks at me with a scowl on his face
"Looks like we got second....thanks a lot Kai" He says before walking away, my dad hears this and goes to say something to him but I hold him back
"It's not worth it" I say and he looks at me sadly and kisses my head
"We have a lot to talk about..but it looks like you and Mercedes' have a lot to talk about" My dad says as he points and I see Mercedes' coming towards us, I sigh as I walk to her and I can see she's looks nervous and I feel nervous now
"Hey...can we talk at your house" She asks and I nod, I see her look over and I do the same to see her fellow glee club members looking at us, I wave to Kurt and Blaine and another girl I don't know waves to me and I wave back awkwardly
"Yea, we definitely need to talk" I say and I can see worry appear in her eyes immediately as we get in the car
The drive home was silent, my parents must have picked up on the tension so I guess they decided not to question it
We arrive home and Mercedes and I head to my room, I shut the door and sit on the bed with my head in my hands, I feel Mercedes' hands caress my back and head and I put my hands on her waist
"So...what did your glee club say" I ask and she shakes her head
"No you go first, because I know you have more to say" She says and I sigh
"Things haven't been good at Dalton, when Blaine left I was appointed leader by him and Sebastian didn't like that and we've been at odds ever since...and basketball has been worse with my coach having a biased for this Brady guy and what makes it worse is Brady and Sebastian are dating or hooking up I don't know" I say and Mercedes' rubs her forehead as she takes things in
"How did Sebastian find out" She says tiredly
"He saw us at the fair and snapped a pic...that asshole showed the guys when I went to talk to you and gathered your glee club up and that's how they caught us for real" I say in disbelief
"God....this is so frustrating..he had not right doing that and it's clear he plotted against you from the start" Mercedes says as she starts pacing in front of me
"Yea..all because the guys wanted me to be leader and not him...I hate this...I don't wanna go to Dalton anymore' I say causing Mercedes' to stop
"Then where are you going to go and why leave Dalton all together" She says confused
"McKinley...I've thought of it for a bit now and it's not just about you but...my future is at stake, basketball has become and issues now as well" I say and she nods before cupping my face
"Whatever you decide to do I support you...just hope I didn't push this somehow" She says and I put my hands on her arms
"You didn't...it's my own thoughts...but now that you know everything..what happened" I say worriedly and Mercedes' says before sitting on my lap and I wrap my arms around her waist
