As the elevator door opens she is surprised as I smile that reaches her eyes never stops. She walks out with her hand placed in her heart as if she just Concord her biggest fear.
I mean she did I witnessed it I couldn't be more than proud of her. "Sorry, it's just that I really hate elevators and I just conquered my biggest fear," she beams as she smiles.
I loved that smile, it was real and I'm the one that did that I was the one that made her smile like that. "Why is that?" I asked never removing my eyes from hers.
"It's stupid really but when I was five my parents yelled at me for something stupid I did at the hospital when they walked out of the elevator I didn't follow I was crying then I ended up stuck for three hours." She said touching stuff around my office.
"It was stupid," I agreed with her as her eyes widen. "Excuse me your not supposed to say shit like that what the fuck is wrong with you?" She asked as she walks up to me.
I could see the anger in those brown eyes. "Was you about to fit me with those little hands?" I asked as she puts her small fist sways.
"Actually," she said contemplating, "actually I am," these words didn't finish at the same time she did. A soft groan leaves her mouth.
"Are you sure you didn't hurt yourself?" I asked as I lift her right hand and examine it. She quickly snatched it always and walk to the door.
"I wouldn't do that Ms.Falls," I said looking at the door she turns around and our eyes meet. "Or what?" She said matching my tone.
I walk closer to her as she backs up on the door, I closed her in my packing my hand over her shoulders. "You wouldn't want to test me Ms.Falls my thoughts as pernicious," I lean down as I whispered into her eyes.
I'm so closer to her that I take in her scent. I'm unfettered when it comes to Summer I don't have self-control over myself.
I can hear her heartbeat. She made the mistake of looking up and looking into my eyes. We hold eye contact as the thought of taking her enters my mind I walk away.
"You can leave," I dismissed her as I walk to my desk. I hear a small gasp. "Excuse me, you arrogant, racist asshole," she said throwing my pallets off my desk to get her attention.
I was all these things but racist, no that was something I was not I was fair always fair. "I tell you a fear of mine as I consider some would say trauma and you called it stupid, do you know how long I've been scared for fuck sake I was five who wouldn't be scared." She said looking me in the eyes.
Those brown eyes didn't hold anger they held sadness. "My parents blamed me for getting the fire department to my rescue and called me an attention seeker, so fuck you I leave when I want," she said pulling up a chair across from me as she sits down.
I get up and I walk always from my chair. I sit on the edge of my desk next to her as she faces the window. "Let me," surprised by her actions she did look at me.
"Never in my life have I been racist, I'm many things but I'm far from that and I apologize for my use of words of dismissing your emotions," I said looking at her.
No other woman on earth could compete with her beauty. Those Doe eyes and plump lips were captivating.
"To apologize I heard about your transfer to be in NICU, why don't I get settled in and we can transfer you today." I did getting up as I walk to the coffee table in my office.
I'm not making coffee I'm making her favorite hot chocolate. God bless make her say yes as long as she is out of the single men in the ER.
"Thank you, God, yes please but I can start Monday?" Those weren't the words I wanted to hear. She just wanted to work with that annoying doctor.
I'm a businessman I can put anything to my advantage. "While this is the only offer on the table but since you seem eager about the position-" I'm stopped in my words but her voice.
"No, no, no that's okay, I'll transfer today, forget the ER," she said, stepping closer to me. See I know how to get away.
"Thank you, do you know how long I have been waiting, I can't wait to see all those beautiful babies. I'm obsessed with new babies' smell." She wasn't lying, the excitement in her eyes told me how much care she was willing to give those babies.
Was I being selfish, I had to be of letting in this far, after adding her marshmallow and whipped cream a feeling of vexation hit me.
"Leave my office, Ms.Falls," I said handing her the cup I made her. She's trying to study me. "Do I have to repeat myself miss Falls," my tone was clear she nod softly as she head to the door?
She leaves out my office and my life. She won't have power over my lifestyle or my mind. She wouldn't have any more power over me.
I never thought I'll be here in a booth confessional. "Why are you here today," the priest asked. "I'm here to confess my sins," I admit sniffing Summer's red pantie from earlier.
"And what is this sin?" he asked. "The sin is a season," I said putting my playing with her lace underwear.
