From that day, their adventure starts...

2 days passed, the man is currently pulling the blue hair boy, then suddenly stops, he asks him:
"You haven't eaten anything for 3 days, why you can still walk normally?"
He doesn't understand, if he is not a demon, then he is a human, but a human cannot exercise for a long time like this without resting.
The blue hair boy still shook his head, after that day, he didn't say a single word, but he keeps holding the man's cloth, just like afraid to be left alone. He has no problem with the boy following him, but the fact that this boy doesn't need food or drink starts giving him headaches.
The man pulls him to a nearby tree to rest, the boy obediently follows, they sit down, facing each other. Dusk comes, the fading light glimmers through the leaves, they are now standing at the edge of the forest, the surroundings slowly falling in the dark, making the atmosphere becomes stuffy.

The boy doesn't answer, only pointing at the forest, seems like he wants to tell the man something is happening in there. The man frowns, looking in that direction...
He senses... a demon...
He asks the boy:
"You know what it is?"
"..." – he shook his head.
"Then why told me?"
"..." – he keeps shooking his head.
The man sighs, pushes the boy's hand away from him:
"You stay here, I'll go for a while."
Seeing the boy stands in place, he then turns around and walks into the forest, but after a few steps, he stops... the man holds his head, tiredly asks:
"Why are you following me?"
The boy behind him startles, he stops dead, looking at the ground like thinking something.
Then he starts to walk backward until the distance between them is quite far, he stops, looking at the man with an innocent gaze, like saying that the man just continues while ignoring him.
The man seems to have used to the boy's behavior, he waves at him:
"Go behind me."
The man is not sure if leaving the boy back is fine, the demons can sneak attack the boy while he isn't there.
The boy hearing his words runs toward him. They walk for a while until they meet a temple, the smell of blood fades in the air, the boy doesn't like it, trying to hold his breath. The man looks around for a while and then pushes the boy back a little, he then calmly unsheathed his sword, and rushes inside.
This time the boy obediently stays back.

Inside the temple...
In front of the man are demons eating 4 corpses, blood splashes all over the floor, this is the scene he hates most...
Disgusts...
The demons didn't notice him, keep tearing the poor men's corpses apart. The man coldly swings his sword... in a blink of an eye, their heads roll on the ground.
The man suddenly froze...
Why?
With the number of corpses...
There must be another one...
!!!
The man immediately runs outside, and there, the boy is looking at a strange creature bewildered.
"Stay away from it!"
The boy seeing him rushing at him points at the demon, asks innocently:
"What... is... it?"
"..." – the demon froze...

But when he takes a step, his head falls on the ground.
The man sighs, sheaths his sword, looking toward the boy.
"..."
The boy is poking at the dead meat in front of him, seems like curiosity has taken over him... after poking for a while, the boy gets bored, looking at the man, seems like he is wondering what is this.
He tiredly sighs, pulling the boy up.
"let's go, I'll explain later."
The boy quietly follows him, they walk back to their resting place. The man looks at him for a while, then says:
"They're demons, they eat humans, very danger, stay away from them."
That's the explanation he gives the boy... short and easy to understand.
The boy nods, seems like he understands it. Satisfied with the answer, he closes his eyes, resting.
They just quietly lie there til morning...
