So... the thing is... Rimuru got targeted by the Spirit of Time and got kicked into End of Time and Space (Ciel got blocked and couldn't save him), then bonus a free trip to KNY! maybe you all has been use to my writing style... NOT A SINGLE...
Rimuru's eyes sparkle, his face shows clearly how excited he is:
"Yes! Why not!!!"

On the street, two figures, one tall and the other short are walking together. The taller one seems deep in thought, while the little one is very excited, and keeps heading from stall to stall... after a while, the little one gets tired and they sit down to rest, in his hand is a cake that the man just bought, carefree like a child.
"Yoriichi? You seem unhappy."
He just smile and shook his head, gently patting Rimuru's head. The wind gives him a comfy feeling, makes him relax a bit...
"Ne, Rimuru... what... do you think about this place?"
Rimuru thinks for a while then forms a big smile:
"Fun!"
"Then what about the man name Takashi?"
Rimuru thought he wants him to comment from an outsider's point of view, thinks hard for a while, trying to remember Takashi's behavior:
"Etou... he seems to be a good one."
Although Rimuru doesn't like the way he gazes at him, he seems to be a good person.
Yoriichi remains silent, they sit there for another while, then start heading back to Takashi's estate. At the time they're back, it's already late afternoon...
Takashi is waiting at the front door, he looks at Rimuru and smiles gently:
"Rimuru-chan... can you... talk with me for a while?"
Before Rimuru can answer, Yoriichi pushes him from behind, he tilts his head in confusion, but Yoriichi only responds with a nod. Before Rimuru can understand what is all of this about, Takashi pulls him inside.
The orange light shoots through the open window, Takashi and Rimuru sit there, face-to-face with each other. Rimuru just sits there, waiting for him to start first...
"Rimuru-chan... I love you."
"I'm a boy."
"I know..."
Rimuru startles, he doesn't know what to say...
"Please... stay with me..."
Rimuru shook his head without hesitating, Takashi saw this but still doesn't give up... he tries to convince him:
"Stay with me, you don't have to worry about necessary things, don't have to slay demons with Yoriichi-san anymore, I will look after you..."
Rimuru frowns, he doesn't want to hear something like that. He goes with Yoriichi because that's the thing he wants. After all, he is the only one he feels safe staying with... the only one he can call, family. He doesn't want to hear another word, stands up, and slightly bows, he then heads toward the door. But the moment his head touches it, Takashi's voice echoes through the room:
"Yoriichi-san has agreed to leave you here, you don't have another choice."
Rimuru froze... he slowly looks back...
"You can go and ask him, we have talked about it this morning."
But to his surprise, Rimuru just chuckles... and forms a bright smile...
"No... Yoriichi will never do such a thing..."
After that, he opens the door and walks outside. Seeing Yoriichi standing thoughtfully in the same place, he excitedly runs at him:
"You're here? When will we leave?"
"Rimuru..."
"Hah? Nani? I'm listening."
"You... stay here..."
His smile froze... but he tries his best to stay calm:
"What are you saying? I haven't heard it."
Yoriichi just inhales deeply, then speaks with a clear voice:
"You don't have to accompany me anymore... stay here... you don't have to follow me..."
His forceful smile can't hide his panic anymore, his hands grab at Yoriichi's cloth:
"Are you... joking?... right?"
Yoriichi doesn't answer, Rimuru tries to stay calm, but he realizes his voice is shaking:
"Yoriichi?... answer me... you are... joking... right?"
Takashi frowns, walks toward them, and speaks firmly:
"Rimuru-chan, don't be that stubborn... you shouldn't follow Yoriichi-san, demons slayer is not the way you can walk on... you will only be a burden."
Rimuru bewildered, the word 'burden' keeps ringing in his ears...
I'm... a burden?...
I always affect his work?...
He looks at Yoriichi, and asks him:
"You... see me... as a burden?..."
Yoriichi wants to say something, but meeting with Takashi's gaze... he unconsciously speaks:
"Yes...
Rimuru... you can't help me anymore... so stop following m-"
Yoriichi couldn't end his words... because he has seen Rimuru'sa eyes... he bites his lip, using all of his might to tell him:
"Stay here..."
His voice is very gentle... but it cuts deeper than a knife... hurt and cold. Rimuru couldn't hear another word... his golden eyes lost their usual bright light... he starts to walk away...

Yoriichi wants to catch his hand... but he hesitated, he just stands there, looking at the small figure becomes farther and farther...
