- Living Agreement -

"Are you done eating?"

Busy akong nagpipiyesta sa sarap ng food nang bigla akong bulabugin ng langaw.

"Nakikita mo naman na lumalamon pa ako 'di ba? Malamang, hindi pa." Masungit kong sagot.

"I have something important to discuss with you."

"Ano?" Curious kong tanong.

Inilapag niya ang isang dokumento sa may counter, sa tabi ng pagkain ko. And there, I saw from the cover itself the word "Living Agreement"

Napatigil ako. Nang tumingin ako kay Yuwen ay wala siyang ibang ginawa kung hindi ang senyasan ako na kunin ito at basahin and I did.

Living Agreement

This agreement states that both of the parties; Party A and Party B, must agree on the rules and regulations made and revised by the both parties. All of the business agreed under this paper should be signed under the names of Party A and Party B as a signature that both of the parties does not have any problems about the rules and regulations made. A violator will be charged at least twice the amount that both have talked about on the relationship contract and pay accordingly to the rule/s that the violator violated. If the violator failed to meet the requirements to bail the other party, he/she must serve for the other party, in short, be a servant depending on how long does the other party wants. All of the rules and regulation remains legal unless the relationship contract ended. Any rules that a party wants to change should be talked about seriously and accordingly.

"Anong klaseng kagaguhan na naman ba 'to?" Inis kong tanong kay Yuwen pagkabasa ko sa unang pahina ng agreement.

"Read it first bago ka magreklamo." Utos naman niya kaya napairap nalang ako.

Rules and Regulations

Rule No. 1 : Strictly, do not throw parties under this unit.

Rule No. 2: Party B should not make any noise that will disturb Party A.

Rule No. 3: Party B must fix and clean its own trash.

Rule No. 4: Both of the parties should follow the cleaning schedule of the unit provided accordingly.

Rule No. 5: Party B must not recieve any packages even if its sent by someone close or sent anonymously. The package may have hidden cameras on it or worst, a death threat.

Rule No. 6: Online shopping is not allowed.

Rule No. 7: Both of the parties should avoid buying food online and making deliveries frequently.

Rule No. 8: Both of the parties must not steal something from the other party nor touch things.

Rule No. 9: Party B should never enter Party A's room no matter what, the same thing applied for Party A.

Rule No. 10: Do not let someone enter this unit.

Rule No. 11: There's a curfew applied for the both parties; No one's allowed to go out and be home at least around 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.
