The two realms helped Hero and Jun without ever really asking for anything, not even information on what happened. I watched a bit, Centi being by my side with Jubilea still on his back. Ben took care of his wound, sighing but not complaining. But you could see that he was really unhappy about this. Xander was with his husband, holding his hand as gently as he could. For once he seemed just really worried for him, and not like a threat that would even kill him just to claim his body as his. Jub on the other hand was in excruciating pain, but kept Xander close instead of shooing him away, not scared for his life anymore. I was a tad surprised about the sudden trust he put into Xander, but didn't complain. As long as they weren't trying to rip each other to pieces I'm happy. Seems as if this dilemma had a nice ending. Looking around I noticed that most people were completely concentrated on what was going on, but Zeph and Nighty were both looking over to the house, talking. Zeph definitely seemed displeased about something and quietly ripped him a new one. Nighty let him do so, he never really got mad when Zeph was angry at him. He'd just let him talk until he finished before acting like he listened. It worked true wonders. Nighty stretched a bit, replying something that calmed Zeph down a bit. He sighed and leaned a bit against his husband, who wrapped his arm around his shoulders. They looked peaceful like this and I enjoyed it. Eventually the realms were done. "Next time you pause, he needs to sleep. Otherwise he won't regain the energy he's lacking. We fixed the injury but sleep is gonna be important.", Pietro explained. "Especially considering that the fever has to go down drastically. My advice is, knowing that you won't stop your quest now, that you get up using the elevator and then try to put up camp there. Going much further today might not be the best idea with two of your group injured and you guys do already look like you're going through hell and back. Take the rest of the day off, try to collect your thoughts and make a genuine plan." We agreed to that idea and the two left us to our own with restocked resources and two healed members. We let Jub stay on Centi, not allowing him to move around just yet. Jub, to my surprise, didn't complain at all, just staying on the dog and being comfy like that. But he did make Xander stay by his side. We headed over to the elevator after gathering ourselves again. Hero wasn't exactly sure on his feet and flinched every once in a while when Red touched him, but never complained. Reddie seemed a bit worried about this entire thing tho, not sure what to think about the information his husband provides us with. How would Hero even know that Notch is in danger? Does he get visions or something? I never really understood when he tried to explain, all I know is that he's fucking terrified and Jay takes that very seriously. I dearly hope that Hero is just hallucinating or something and that Notch is safe. I saw Jay genuinely angry once before, and it really ain't that pretty. Let's just say Nighty would look calm in comparison if someone did piss him off. I scratched Centi behind the ear, making him pant happily. He seemed to enjoy being here, getting closer and closer to the Farlands and the elevator since the air coming from the caves gently ruffled his fur. We approached the wooden platform and got onto it. There was a lever next to me that would take us up there, which I flicked carefully due to its age. The platform jerked a bit before it raised itself with the help of the ropes, creaking under the pressure. It went rather slow, so we sat down and waited. It only went up three quarters of the way, but we needed said three quarters. There was a way we can get up the rest of the way from there. I sighed a bit and got out two pieces of dried meat, handing one to Centi and keeping the second one for myself. The others joined into that small break, and soon we were all eating and drinking. Hero seemed a bit grumpy after seeing that his box was almost empty, nibbling on a piece of meet. I was a bit confused about this reaction, but now had to ask. "What is that, Hero?" Hero looked over surprised, tilting his head. "It's meat.", he replied, a bit confused. "Which kind?", I kept going. "Human.", he just answered and went back to eating. I paused a bit and Centi frowned. "You just admit that with no hesitation...?", he mumbled surprised. Hero shrugged. "I don't know what you guys have, it should be very obvious.", was his reply. We fell silent again. Hero leaned against Red, watching him. Red hummed softly and caressed his cheek gently. Jay nibbled on his bread, thoughtful. I tilted my head slightly, but his eyes weren't fixed on anything, so he wouldn't react if I were to ask. If I had to guess, he was planning on how to safe Notch and end this Henory-dude for his deeds. I decided to let him do so, yawning and leaning back. This was gonna take a while...
After a long, long time the elevator stopped with a jerk. Jay flinched a bit and looked up in surprise, while I quickly sat up again. "Are we there already?", he asked in confusion. Nightmare nodded and raised himself off of the platform, putting on his backpack. "We should continue on our way so we can rest for a while, maybe we'll find my old castle tomorrow, but I doubt it.", he explained and stepped off of the elevator into a cave. We followed, staying really careful of course. We wandered through the cave until we found a flat wall with a ton of hooks. Hero was given a rope, so he climbed up, putting said rope through the hooks and knotting it to a massive rock at the top. Then we climbed it as well, Nighty took Jubilea and I helped Centi. Surprisingly enough all of us managed to get up there rather easily. Once up there we saw the endless widths of the Farlands. The sun seemed to hover right above them, that's how high up we were, but it was pretty chilly here for some reason as well. We walked to a wide area, finding a bunch of old, dry wood from an old bridge, as well as enough space for most tents. We set up camp here, but I couldn't shake the feeling of unease. Someone was watching us, but I don't know if that was really the case or not. I sighed and concentrated on building the tents while Hero worked on the campfire as usual. Let's pray all goes well...
