Distance,

It was a regular Sunday, a boring one to be exact. Isabella was spending her whole day alone for once, she'd spent every past weekend of the month with Miguel, or her two friends, who were now getting ready to leave for CANADA! It was crazy, they'd be gone for 5 months... that meant that Isabella only had Miguel to be with, or at least hang out with. She wasn't sure how she'd feel about that... depending on him as she used to do before, a few years ago.

Especially if Miguel had his own friends, which he only had one other, but even then, he mostly hung around Isabella. Isabella got up from her bed, walking over to her vanity and sitting down, looking on the mirror, sighing as she grabbed a comb, untangling some of her waves, before sectioning off her hair. She splits her hair in the middle, before reaching over for her phone to play some music, starting the braid her hair quickly. Her phone filled up with notifications, some from Arabella and Luna, some from Miguel, but mostly from social media for some odd reason.

Isabella starts glancing at her phone then at the mirror, before sighing and looking in the mirror and going over every feature on her face, overthinking as she did so. She really did want someone else's company at this exact moment, but she just didn't want to bother people, they all had a life of their own and were probably busy, probably going through something, probably annoyed with Isabella's constant clinging.

She decided that she was going to turn her phone on Do Not Disturb, there was something about those many notifications from social media that was giving her a feeling, it was something stopping her from opening those. So she did, silencing her phone and continuing her music as she started to fully braid her other pieces of hair... she didn't know what that weird gut feeling was but she knew it wouldn't be that good.

Once she was done, she went to sit on the edge of her bed, figuring out what to do, for the rest of the night. She looked over to the phone on the nightstand table, unsure if she should risk her peaceful mood and open those notifications. She squints her eyes, 'What's the worst that could happen?' She thought, letting her thoughts get to her before grabbing her phone and opening it, moving quickly and opening Instagram. Her eyes widen. Her breath hitches, seeing her name and face scattered on different posts, videos, and many others. She didn't know how to feel, how to understand this sudden hatred from so many people at once.
