A few minutes before 7 p.m. I pull into the parking lot of the cinema and go to the entrance. James is already waiting for me. I've hardly turned the corner before I see him. As always, he wears black jeans and a dark gray shirt and looks to die for. When he looks up and our eyes meet, my heart threatens to jump out of my chest, it's beating so hard. He smiles brightly at me and comes towards me. I really have to pull myself together not to run up to him and jump on him. But as soon as he stands in front of me I can't help but throw myself into his arms and kiss him. Even though we haven't seen each other for just over 24 hours, it feels so much longer. He hugs me tightly and the kiss heats up a bit. A stranger's voice snaps us out of our trance and brings us back to the here and now.
Stranger: Do you really have to put on a show like that here on the street? After all, children could come along here, they don't have to see how you jump each other.
My cheeks blush when I realize that not much was missing and that I really would have liked to fuck James right here. He giggles as I bury my face in his chest. I'd rather not look at the man who just said that. James kisses the top of my head and lifts my face up so I have to look at him.
Bucky: Hey doll.
Victoria: Hey baby.
He kisses me again, this time more demurely than before.
Bucky: God, I missed you so much. Even if it was just one day that we didn't see each other.
Victoria: I missed you too.
Another chaste fleeting kiss. I just can't get enough of him.
Bucky: Shall we go inside? Or do we just want to stay here?
Victoria: I don't care as long as I don't have to let you go.
He giggles throatily and hugs me again.
Bucky: You don't have to let me go, ever again, if you don't want to. But I think we should go inside. Have you already forgotten - it's nice and dark and we can sit in the back - you can be much closer to me than out here.
He doesn't have to tell me twice.
Victoria: Ok, then let's go inside.
Bucky: Lead the way, I'm right behind you.
I loosen my arms and grab his hand. He pats my ass with his other hand.
Victoria: Is it possible that you just want to walk behind me so you can look at my ass?
Before I can even take the first step, he pulls me against him again, one hand on my ass. He squeezes it and whispers something in my ear.
Bucky: You just know me way too well. But who can blame me? Your ass is perfect.
Another little pat and we finally go inside. A bored, gum-chewing, red-haired woman is sitting at the cash register - I guess she is in her early 40s.
Cashier: What can I do for you?
She doesn't even look up when she speaks.
Victoria: I had reserved two tickets for the 7pm show of "little Shop of Horrors".
Cashier: In what name?
Victoria: Parker. Victoria Parker.
She opens a drawer and pulls out two tickets. Apparently, the woman really doesn't have it with eye contact. She hasn't looked our way once, and it doesn't seem like she's going to change anything about it.
Cashier: That'll be $12.
I'm about to get my wallet out of my purse when James is already putting the money on the counter.
