(y/n's pov)
"we're here baby, wake up" - joe
he squeezed my thigh.
i open my eyes and look at joe, he's wearing one of his lsu shirts with grey sweatpants and a backwards hat to complete the look.
he looked like a high school bully right now, and thinking that ended in me giggling.
"what are you laughing at?" - joe smirked
"you just look like a high school bully" - you
"well aren't you sweet" - joe said sarcastically
i smiled at him.
"i love you so much joe" - you
he got closer to me and grabbed my chin kissing my lips.
when we pulled away he kissed my cheek and whispered a "i love you too" in my ear.
"are you ready to go in?" - joe
"yup" - you sighed
"i'm proud of you for making this decision baby" - joe
i just smiled at him before getting out of the car and getting samantha.
joe got the bags and i followed him up the driveway to his childhood home.
before he could knock on the door an older man opened the door and pulled joe into a huge hug.
"joe it's amazing to see you" - jimmy
just then a woman appeared at his side.
"joey!" - robin
she pushed the man off of joe and pulled him into a hug.
when all the hugging finished joe spoke up.
"baby these are my parents, but i'm guessing you figured that out" - joe laughed
"oh sorry sweetie, it's been awhile since we've seen him" - robin
"i'm robin, joes mother, and this is joes dad jimmy." - robin
"i'm y/n.." - you said nervously
"you don't even need to introduce yourself. joe never stops talking about you. i already know almost everything about you"
- robin laughed
"ma..." - joe
i smiled up at joe and put my arm around his waist.
"it's lovely to finally meet you y/n, please come in" - jimmy
(narrated)
you guys walk into joes childhood home.
"you guys can go up to joes old room and get freshened up while i get dinner ready" - robin
"okay" - joe
(y/n's pov)
joe started walking up the stairs and i followed behind.
when we reached the top of the stairs there was a hallway.
joe walked confidently up to a door that was closed and opened it.
i followed close behind.
when we got in there i looked around at all the posters on the wall.
there was cars, movies, ohio state, lots of football, and to top it all off there was some models and actresses.
when i saw the girls plastered on the wall i couldn't help but laugh to myself.
joe ran around taking down the more inappropriate posters (half naked girls)
