S3: Chapter 15 - Snuck in

*a year later*

(y/n's pov)

"do you have to go?" - joe pouted and held you tighter

today started festivities for joe and i's wedding because i would be leaving to stay at the airbnb my bridesmaids and i were staying at.

"yes joe" - you sighed

last night we had our rehearsal dinner and it was beautiful. it made me even more excited for the actual ceremony that would be happening in just a few days.

i asked joe if he would want to do something with his groomsman like i am with the girls, but he protested. he said he already had enough kids to take care of when i was gone and didn't want to add the guys to the bunch.

"i want you to stay" - joe

"i'm sure you do.. but i really need to get up and start getting ready" - you

joe scooted over to where he was literally laying on top of me.

"joseph get off" - you

"when you call me that i feel like i'm 8 years old in trouble again" - joe chuckled

"well can you please get off of me?" - you

"i guess" - joe rolled off and sat up

"you look cute" - you smiled

"babe you're lying." - joe

"am not, i love how you look when you wake up"

"yes because my bed head is so attractive" - joe

he turned to me before leaning down and giving me a kiss.

"i've gotta shower.. want to hop in with me really quick? i promise that doesn't have an underlining meaning" - joe

"will you be nice?" - you

"yes, of course baby. we've got a honeymoon coming up i think i'm gonna be fine" - joe smirked

i smiled and placed another kiss on his lips before getting up and going into the bathroom, joe following closely behind.

our shower was really relaxing and an amazing way to start our morning, especially since we wouldn't be seeing each other for the next couple of days.

"i love these showers with you" - joe

"yeah?" - you

joe was holding me against him as we stood under the shower head, letting the water flow over us.

he rubbed my back gently as my head laid on his chest.

"i could stay here forever" - you

"same baby." - joe

"how long have we been in here?" - you

"like 45 minutes, why" - joe

i tried getting out of joes arms but he held me tighter.

"joe i've got to get going" - you

"c'mon, five more minutes" - joe

"no. babe i have to start getting ready or i'm gonna be late" - you

"fine, whatever" - joe let go

i hopped out of the shower, dried off real fast, and then put my outfit on to get ready in, id put my actual outfit on later.

when i was in the bathroom curling my hair, joe sat on the counter and watched me. he was being extra clingy today and i had no idea why.

"why are you so eager to leave? like you're not gonna see me for the next 3 days and yet you aren't acting like you're gonna miss me at all"
