The day of the royal wedding had finally come. The church bells were tolling. Flower petals were twirling with the warm Autumn breeze. The commoners were cheering for the newlyweds.

Changbin looked at Felix's and his interlocked hands; two gold bands shone on their fingers in the noon sun. His eyes watered again as he recalled the magical moment the prince had put on the ring for him and swore to love and protect him until his last breath.

Jisung and Minho were standing by their side, waving at the joyous crowd while holding their hands. They too had shed tears when exchanging their vows. The queen was watching them with a proud smile on her face thinking how mature her sons were.

Changbin glanced at his mother, who was standing by the queen and wiping her tears of joy. Then his eyes landed on Prince Chan and Hyunjin who were holding their newborn twins in their arms. They smiled and waved at him laughing when the older twin Lily mimicked her parents while the younger Haewon remained napping.

Felix leaned down to his husband's ear and chuckled, “aren't they cute? I can't wait until our baby is born.” He wrapped his arms around his waist and kissed him. Changbin blushed and hid his face in his neck when the crowd became louder.

The crown prince used the opportunity to cup his husband's cheeks like his younger brother and kiss him, only the kiss was rougher and deeper. Jisung wriggled in his arms and punched his chest but unsuccessfully; Minho only smirked against his lips.

“Push me away now and I won't ride you tonight, baby,” he winked at the younger, who turned as red as a tomato.

Overhearing their conversation, Felix ended up laughing at his brother with Changbin dying from embarrassment in his arms. The queen facepalmed and the oblivious crowd kept on cheering for the newlyweds.

“Why are you looking at me?” Changbin asked feeling suddenly shy because of the prince whom he caught staring at him. They were sitting in the royal gardens away from the hustle and bustle of the wedding banquet. It was late afternoon and the sun was setting down colouring the sky orange and purple.

Enamoured, Felix smiled at his husband and, gazing tenderly into his eyes, interlocked their fingers. “I'm looking at you and thinking about how no flower in the gardens can compare with your beauty. You are mesmerizing.”

Shaking his head, Changbin chuckled softly at the prince. “But my beauty, like the flowers, will vanish someday. I fear your eyes will have found something prettier to look at by then.”

“My eyes,” Felix hooked a stray strand of his dark hair behind his ear, “will always stay on you, and when the Death tears me away from you, I will keep watching over you from the above,” he whispered as if it was a secret only the setting sun could know.

A prominent blush bloomed on Changbin's cheeks. Warmth spread across his chest. Felix's words made his heart flutter. He had to draw away his gaze from the prince's tranquil ocean-blue eyes to not cry.

“Don't speak of death on our wedding day,” he sulked. “We are still young. I don't ever want to think about parting with you. You can't leave me and our baby.”

Felix cracked a bright smile and pecked his pouty lips. “As you wish, my princess.”

“Felix!” Changbin scolded playfully and instantly scrunched his nose in discomfort when the baby kicked. Amused, Felix put his hand on his baby bump and kissed his forehead tenderly.

“I think our baby doesn't like it when you get angry at me,” he joked.

Changbin couldn't help but smile. “I guess you're right,” he paused, “or the baby is hungry. I am hungry for sure.”

Felix stood up and offered him his hand like the gentleman he was. “Shall we go back inside then?”

Changbin nodded shyly and accepted his hand. He couldn't imagine his life without the prince. He was the best thing that had happened to him along with their baby. He knew their life would not always be like a fairytale but he was sure that together they would overcome every obstacle.
