Summary: You and the Moon Boys have been together for awhile now. When you decide to start a family, you find out that you can't get pregnant, and you're all devastated... But Steven has an idea that might help you out a bit: Tawaret, the goddess of women and childbirth.

You've been with your boyfriends for awhile. Steven Grant, the British tour guide for a local museum. Marc Spector, the American mercenary. And Jake Lockley, the Latino cab driver. They were also Mr. Knight, Moon Knight, Midnight Vigilante, Avatar of the Egyptian God Khonshu and defender of the wanderers of the night. At first, it had been a lot to take in, and a little difficult. The boys expected you to leave them at any given moment, until you fought through hell and high water to prove that you loved each of them equally.
Then they said they loved you, and then your dates became more serious. Soon you were moving in together, and then talking about marriage, and then you really did get married. A few months later, something happened that took your relationship up a level.
You and Marc were in the grocery store- Steven was off work and you had nothing to do, and so you decided to go to the store together; while he pushed the cart, you held onto his arm, leaning your head on his shoulder and his head on yours, fingers brushing.
Marc suddenly sighed. "Yes, Steven. I know we have to get fish food." Marc starts to divert the cart, but you pull in the other direction, kissing his temple.
"Well, while you get that, I'm gonna go get the shampoo," You say, and Marc nods before swinging the cart toward the pet aisles.
"Don't be long."
You don't expect to get distracted by anything. Buuuuut, you did. The baby section.
It's something you and Marc had never really discussed. Your beginning relationship had been rough with him anyway, and you weren't entirely certain you wanted to dump that kind of question on him so suddenly. Marc has only ever had bad experiences with parenting... you weren't sure if he'd take to the idea of him being a dad himself. The same with Jake-- Jake was the one who fought back against their mother, protected Marc and Steven, but he seemed to purposefully steer you and him both clear of babies out in public. "Get a puppy, princesa. Any one you want." It wasn't that he didn't like kids; he was great with them, the few times he was actually around them long enough to interact. He was just... scared. And Steven? You and Steven have had long conversations about it. About how it would affect Jake and Marc, about how badly the both of you want kids, about what it would be like to be parents. Of course, neither of you were going to act on it without the consent of the other alters, your other husbands, and so decided to wait until everyone involved is ready.
