The City of Darkness

XX:Rematch!

Shard and Alice II walked onto the beach, with Sky, Pierce, and Leah sitting on a bench in the pier.

"Leah, if you would.." Shard said.

"Yeah, sure." Leah walked out onto the beach and pulled out a whistle. "Okay! The battle between Shard the challenger and Alice II the challenger is about to begin! Both sides! No foul play, no abuse, no misconduct, and no manipulation!" Leah pulled a flag out. "Ready?"

"Yes!!" Shard and Alice II yelled. Leah tossed the flag in the air, and it fluttered down. The second it touched the sand, an explosion erupted on the beach, causing sand to go everywhere. When the sand cleared, Alice II and Shard were at arm length apart, their blades of raw strength creating sparks like lightning.

"Heheh, you're pretty powerful, big brother." Alice II said. She twisted her scythe and swung it again, catching Shard off guard and causing him to jump over her.

"Thanks, you're not bad yourself." Shard said. He rolled as he landed onto the ground and blasted Alice II with wind, making her shoot through the air. However, this was negated by the fact that Alice II can fly, and she shot into the air. Shard sprouted his wings and flew after her.

Alice II shot a blast of dark aura at Shard, who nimbly dodged it. His hand turned into an arm cannon and he charged up a shot. "Sig. Move Omega! Arcadia Blaster!!!" The blast shot out of the arm cannon, but Alice II teleported out the way. She reappeared behind Shard and slammed him in the back with her feet.

Shard slammed into the sand, Alice II floating down next to him. Shard popped his head out of the sand and went for a punch, when Alice II grabbed his hand. She crushed his hand and threw him into Sky's arms.

"The winner is Alice II! Way to go easy on him, sis." Leah said. Alice II smiled and looked at Shard.

"Next time..actually try. Don't go easy on me." She said.

Days passed, training, preparation, all for the next step of the journey. Until one fateful day..

"We ready to go?" Sky said.

"Yeah, where to now?" Pierce said.

"To the kingdom of Incradia. I'll tell you about it on the way." Leah said.

"Okay! To Incradia! And to the future!" Shard yelled. The five left shore points and were now on a new adventure, across Thera and beyond.
