Octo-Family Time

Every one of the Octonauts loves to spend time with their "Octo-Family" even if it usually doesn't end well.

Every game night that's ever happened on the Octopod has ended in Kwazii and Tweak rolling around the room screaming at each other and trying to rip each other's guts out.

On Friday nights, everyone on the Octopod agrees to try a new vegetarian food together. This ended when Kwazii ran away screaming because he thought "chickpeas" were made from actual chickens. Kwazii is not very bright at times.

When all the kids were still little, the adults thought, "We have 8 more years of this?! I won't last 8 months." But when the kids did have 8 months until they left for college, the adults began realizing that those (somewhat) promising young adults were once their babies (and that there'd be no one left to draft lab data or run diagnostics or measure out metal, meaning they'd have to do it on their own). 

Dashi is super serious about Family Nights on the Octopod because she loves everyone on the Octopod and their Octopod Family so much and she wants them to spend as much tim together as possible. She's always looking for new things to do, but usually, it backfires in her face. Such as the time she suggests everyone watches an animated video that Jane made only to find out through the video that Jane and Koshi downloaded the song 'Rasputin' by Boney M (which Dashi is not fond of to say the least) on her headphones, so Dashi went through her music for an hour trying to find and delete it.

Everyone on the Octopod loves story nights with Inkling because he has the most interesting books and tells the most interesting history stories ever.

Another favorite is when the baby Vegimals sing everyone a song and do a new dance routine of theirs (although it usually ends in a trip to Peso's after one of the cuties accidentally knocks over all of the other Vegimals.
