Waiting is a common inconvenience for all the Octonauts. Usually, long waits aren't considered good on the Octopod.
Kwazii absolutely despised waiting for anything. The last time Kwazii was asked to wait for Tweak to finish with the Gup, he ended up getting stuck in a barrel before she finished because he was bored, surprisingly it took longer to get him out than if he'd just waited for Tweak.
Waiting for someone to finish up in the bathroom has taken hours before. Shellington has had time to hook up an entire TV with surround sound once when Dashi was taking a shower.
The Captain must be the most patient man on the face of the Earth. He has set an appointment for 9 AM and has managed to wait for his crew to finish getting ready and stop trying to murder each other for two hours without losing his mind.
Whenever Shellington needs to go to the bathroom, all the baby Vegimals sit outside the bathroom and wait for him, but they can be VEEERY impatient at times, and can and have broken the door down because they thought something happened to Shellington, which has led to some pretty awkward moments.
Inkling is very, very patient. He has once sat through 4 weeks of camera footage just to see a rare species's egg hatch and took NOTES the entire time.
Peso finds it rather surprising that Pinto can wait for hours for him to finish work so they can play Medics, but can't wait 10 minutes when Peso promises to take him out into the ocean IN TEN MINUTES.
