There are certain things that everyone just can't help themselves but do for whatever reason they have for doing it.
Tweak has a hilarious "I'm not impressed" face, and cannot stop herself from making said face when the Captain tells a dad joke or Kwazii runs into the Launch Bay screaming and tries to body slam her but ends up running headfirst into a wall. The only downside? Dashi's never caught it on camera.
Shellington trips over his own feet five hundred times a day. He can't help it. He's just Shellington.
When someone scratched Kwazii behind the ears or rubs his belly, he can't help but purr. He thinks it's humiliating, but everyone else finds it adorable.
If Peso's tickled, then he scrunches his beak up just a tiny bit, and it's the cutest thing in the world to anyone who sees it.
Dashi is practically hard wired to give all the members of her Octo-Family hugs whenever she sees them because she loves them so much and she wants them to be happy.
Whenever the opportunity presents itself, the Captain always feels the need to be a dad to his crew from piling food onto Shellington's plate when he isn't eating to wiping Kwazii's face for him because this is Kwazii we're talking about.
The Vegimals are somehow clueless to the fact that they're the cutest things on planet Earth. They think it's normal for people to go AWWWWWW! when they first meet someone due to the times that someone has gone 'AWWWWWW!' when they first met them.
Everyone has the habit of getting distracted at the least convenient times to get distracted.
Even when Koshi was older, she still carried a notebook around with her everywhere because writing ideas. She has once stopped the Gup-D in the middle of the ocean to write down new story
Shellington has once yeeted himself out of the Gup-E (while he was driving it) to take a look at a sea urchin with more points on its back than normal. This incident got him banned from ever piloting the Octopod.
