All the Octonauts have either done or said something cursed whether accidentally or on purpose.
Kwazii's more likely be the latter. He's once glued tires all over the Gup-A to make it "go faster". His logic was that once the engine started, all the wheels would turn at once, and the Gup would move faster. Tweak nearly beat him into pulp, and everyone was extremely confused why he would do such a thing.
Inkling's old person ignorance has resulted in him saying some pretty effed up things. He still believes 'wiener' is the German word for sausage, which it is, but when he was using it to give a lecture on plant-based meat products, he made it sound as though plants had reproductive organs.
Everyone on the Octopod has become a jinx. The best example of this is the time Dashi commented on not hearing a peep from Kwazii all day. Not a second after she said this, Kwazii comes tearing into HQ screeching at the top of his lungs.
The most cursed incidents that occurred on the Octopod came from some of the most innocent members. Peso once accidentally said 'f*ck you' while trying to explain to Pinto why he shouldn't say it just because he heard Tweak say it to Kwazii. And Pinto still remembers that lecture to this day and the lesson really got through to him... that Peso swore, and therefore he could as well. (It took months to undo the damage)
The Vegimals once caught Tweak watching 'Bojack Horseman' (a VERY adult show) and wanted to watch the 'Horsey Show' with her and begged that she turn the TV back on until Shellington lured them away with kelp cakes.
