Being a hockey player's girlfriend has its perks. You get to attend his games and wear his jerseys but you also worry about him getting injured or sick.

Currently he was worried about me, I was sick. He was currently away on a road trip for hockey, I was sitting in bed watching him play because I couldn't go with him.

I had tissues surrounding me and I was coughing up a storm. I called my best friend and said "hey can you tell the boss I'm not coming in today, I'm sick and I feel like crap."

She said "yeah I got you girly, does Mikhail know that you're sick?" I said "yeah but I told him to stay with his team because they need him, I can take care of myself though."

She said "okay well I hope you feel better soon!" I ended the conversation with her and there was a knock on the door. I said "who could that be?"

I went tot the front door and saw Mikhail standing there, I said "aren't you supposed to be in Dallas with your team!?" He said "you sick, you need me to take care of you."

I said "Oh baby I'm fine, you can go back to Dallas if you want to." I went to stand up and almost immediately fell back down. He said "you sure you don't need my help?"

I said "I take back my previous statement." He chuckled and said "go shower,I get you some soup and medicine." I headed upstairs and went to go take a shower.

After my shower,I headed to the bedroom because I just was not feeling good. I laid down and felt myself drifting off to sleep.

*Mikhails pov*
I made y/n soup and headed upstairs to give it to her. I saw her laying in bed asleep, she was lightly shaking. I went over to her and put a hand on her forehead.

She was burning up,I put a blanket over her body because she was cold. I laid in bed with her and she moved closer to me. I kissed her head.

Poor thing I felt so bad for her, she was sick probably from work. I went on my phone and I got a text from Steven.

It said "hey micky,where'd you go? We need you in Dallas." I said "My girl is sick Steve I went home to take care of her." He said "oh okay,take good care of her lover boy."

I smiled and said "thanks for understanding Steve." I looked at y/n, she was sleeping peacefully, I didn't want to wake her up.

It was a few hours later and she woke up, I said "hi sweetheart did you have a nice nap?" She said "yeah I did,how long have you been up here?"

I said "just as long as you have, I wanted to keep you company." I put my arm around her waist and she laid her head on my chest. She said "I love you Mikhail."

I said "I love you too baby girl, if you want you can go back to sleep." She said "I might just do that, can you cuddle me please? Your body keeps me warm."

I chuckled and said "of course babe. Just let me change into my pjs." I got up and changed into my pajamas. She said "Can you please cuddle me now baby?"

I chuckled and said "yes ma'am." I hopped into bed and put my arms around her waist, she laid her head on my chest and started to fall asleep.

I played with her hair and played on my phone. She was shivering,I put a blanket over her and she said "thank you love." I said "you're welcome sweetheart."

She smiled and fell back asleep. She looked very relaxed and she was slightly snoring. I started to fall asleep and put my arms around her waist.

I nuzzled into her neck and she said "mik stop, you're beard is tickling me." I chuckled at her and then I said "goodnight y/n I love you, I hope you feel better."

She said "I love you too Mik, but you need to get some sleep." I chuckled and kissed her forehead, I eventually fell asleep.

I loved writing this imagine! I've been sick for the past few days and this helped me out because I think that Mikhail would do this!
