Y/n was the goalie for the game today, I was watching her warm up and she wasn't doing the best, her boyfriend broke up with her a day ago because he cheated on her.

When we went to the locker room after warm ups, she looked like she wanted to cry. I headed over to her section and said "mitä vikaa rakkaudessa?" (What's wrong love?)

She said "I don't want to talk about it, I just want to focus on the game. I'm sorry Jesp but I want to be alone right now."

I said "oh okay, well see you after the game I guess." She fake smiled and left the locker room,I was really worried about her.

She a my best friend and we tell each other everything. She was hiding something from me, but I just don't know what it is.

The game started and she took the net, her backup was Frederik Anderson. The first period ended and she didn't give up any goals. Stefan scored a goal to give us the lead 1-0.

We all headed back to the locker room to get ready for the second period, y/n didn't look well. She looked like she was sick, I said "Y/n are you feeling okay?"

She said "yeah, I just have some nerves." I smiled and said "okay just let me know if it gets worse." She smiled and headed back to the ice for the second period.

After the second period, we were leading 3-0. So far, y/n had a shutout through 2 periods. We headed to the locker room, our captain gave us a pep talk and we prepared for the third period.

We took the ice and the stadium was loud, they were hyped up for the final period. The third period ended and y/n ended up getting a shutout.

We all gave her a hug, our captain invited us to the bar. Y/n agreed to go and said "that will get my mind off of e/bf/n." I smiled and said "yeah I'll go too."

I said "y/n do you need a ride?" She said "no thanks I'm good jesp, but thank you though." I think I'm gonna confess to her tonight, I'm in love with her.

I saw y/ns car in the parking lot and I headed inside. I saw y/n standing there with a beer in her hand, I said "hey y/n! How are you?" She said "I'm doing fine jesp, I'm just glad you're here."

I smiled and chatted for a while. After a few hours, I said "Y/n can I talk to you?" She said "sure Jesperi what do you need?"

I said "I'm in love with you y/n, I have been ever since you joined the team. I think your really pretty, your funny, your cool and your amazing at goalie."

"I was honestly jealous of you when I saw your skills, I thought you were gonna take my spot. I love you y/n." She said "you're just Drunk Jesperi."

I said "if I was drunk would I do this?" I grabbed her face and kissed her, she pulled back after a while and her face was beat red.

She said "I love you too Jesperi, I-I was just scared to tell you because I thought it would ruin our friendship. I've realized that I'm so much happier with you then I was e/bf/n."

I smiled and we kissed again, I said to her "you wanna head back to my house and watch a movie?" She nodded and said "of course baby."

I grabbed her hand we headed to my car, we drove to my house and I said "come on babe, let's get comfortable." She smiled and we headed inside.

I gave her a t-shirt and she had some shorts, I sat down on the couch and she laid on my lap. I played with her hair and she started to fall asleep, I kissed her forehead and said "hyvää yötä rakas, rakastan sinua." (Goodnight babe I love you.)

Shortly after that I fell asleep with the love of my life in my arms.
