The break up is the worst part of the relationship. Y/n knew that when her and David argued after the last three games he lost.

He figured that if he broke up with her, she'd come back a few weeks later. He was wrong. He didn't think he'd be in denial when she didn't come back.

And I watched as you fled the scene

One heart broke, four hands bloody

His heart was shattered, he watched as she left the apartment broken and in tears. He thought "what can I do to make it up to her?" He went to his best friend Brad Marchand for advice.

He said "Marchy, I messed up man. I broke y/n's heart." He said "ooh man I don't think bergy is going to enjoy that news." David looked at him angrily and said "Your not helping me Brad!"

Y/n was in her apartment crying over some man who thought loved her, but on the other hand it didn't seem like he did because of their arguments.

Y/n was always a happy girl, with or without a boyfriend. She was bubbly and sweet around everyone she met, some people couldn't handle it.

David could though, that was his favorite thing about her. She was positive through anything, even after some of the losses that David had. She felt like it was her fault the couple broke up.

She felt guilty, she explained to her friends that it was her fault that they broke up. They all reassured her that it wasn't.

On the other side, David was explaining to his team that it was his fault that they broke up. Patrice was not happy with him, he almost fought David because he broke his baby sister's heart.

Brad and Coyle had to break the two men up before it got ugly. David said "Bergy, I swear to you that I am willing to apologize to her in the next few weeks."

He said "well Pasta, if you manage to break her heart again when you apologize, I will break you ." He gulped with fright.

Every time y/n heard her friends talk about going to a bruins game, it reminded her of David. She couldn't bare to see him after the nasty break up they had.

She stayed home and watched the game on tv instead, she saw him and tears sprung in her eyes.

She heard the Bruins goal horn go off and it made her wonder why he was staring into the camera, was it indicated for her?

She ignored it, she went tot the kitchen and grabbed something to eat while watching the game.

Everything she did around Boston Massachusetts, it reminded her of David and his gorgeous smile.

She couldn't even believe how far she'd come with getting over him and the relationship. She was always there for him, when he needed her. He wasn't there for her though.
