Being 5 foot has its perks, you can't reach the top shelf, you're basically an arm rest and everyone calls you names.

I was a foot shorter than my boyfriend, Timo was 6'1. He always had to help me reach the top shelf, I was so insecure about my height.

Timo said that he loved my height,I think he's wrong. We were throwing a party and timo asked me to get something from the top shelf. I said "why me out of everyone?"

I headed to the kitchen and I looked at the top shelf, I saw the chips. That's what Timo wanted me to grab. I struggled to reach them, timo walked in and said "need help baby?"

I said "yeah, I have to ask you a question." He said "sure babe what's up?" I said "why'd you choose me to be your girlfriend, I'm not the average height. All the other women are taller than me."

Timo said "baby,I chose you because I think that you're the perfect height for me.It's the perfect height for me to put my chin on your head, I love you so much and don't put yourself down because of your height."

I smiled and said "thank you timo, I'm glad that I'm the perfect height for you.Now that we've got everything together let's get this party started!"

He chuckled and we headed to the living room. We saw his teammates in the living room, we put the chips on the table and his teammates devoured them.

I chuckled and we started to talk to the team. I heard his team say "they are so cute together." "Those two are literally made for each other." "They are adorable."

I blushed and timo said "what are you blushing at pretty girl?" I said "your teammates are talking about how cute we look together." He smiled and said "I can't wait to marry you baby."

I said "you wanna marry me? I didn't know that. I thought that we were just going to date for a while and not get married."

He kissed me passionately and said "I love you and I want to marry you, I want you to have my last name y/n."

I smiled and said "I love you Timo." He said "I love you too." He said to me "you want to dance m'lady?" I said "Of course timo I would love to dance with you."

A song came on and we started to slow dance. While we danced I laid my head on his chest and listened to his heart beat. He kissed my head and said "I'm so glad that we're together my love."

I smiled and said "I am to timo, I love you so much." We kissed and his teammates started to do wolf whistling at us.

I blushed and hid my face in Timo's chest,he chuckled and said "you're so cute when you blush y/n."

I said "stop,you're making me blush even more." He chuckled and kissed my cheek. Once everyone left we started to clean up, after we cleaned we headed upstairs.

We changed into our pajamas and got into bed. I laid my head on his chest and he played with my hair,he kissed my forehead and said "goodnight y/n I love you."

I said "goodnight baby I love you too." I started to fall asleep and he put his arms around my waist as I got comfortable.he fell asleep shortly afterwards.
