He took you to Disneyland. He took you again the next day. And the day after that. And the day after that. Everyday was great. You actually managed to have fun, and your dad was being consistently nice again. You forgot about the incidents.
Then Friday came around again. You began to worry in the morning, and you tried to think ahead. No way in hell were you going with him again. You wanted him to stay home too but you couldn't think of a way to do that. You simply prayed all would be okay. He was in a good mood. It'll stay that way.
It got to late afternoon.
"Okay, sweetheart, I'm heading out now. You staying at home?"
"Uh, yeah. I'm tired so I'm gonna go to bed early."
"Alright, monkey, love you."
"Love you too. Have a good time dad" you said as he kissed your forehead. "Don't drink too much."
He simply laughed at you before leaving.

You had tried to get to sleep before he came home. A way to avoid it all. But your thoughts kept you up for hours, until you finally heard the stumbling up the stairs. You heard conversation. He wasn't alone. You were in your room when the front door opened.
You turned over and pulled the duvet over your head, hoping he was going to go straight to bed.
Everything would be fine, you convinced yourself. He was in a good mood. Sounds like he still is. You'd be okay.
There was bang on your door, followed by laughter. Your door handle shook. Your fists tightened around the sheets.
"Honey, I'm home!" your dad exclaimed as he entered your room. He burst out laughing. "Y/n?"
"What's going on?" someone asked.
You were still under the duvet, so the voices sound muffled. No one spoke for a moment. You heard your dad approach the bed. You knew you were shaking. Suddenly, the duvet was lifted off you and thrown to the side of the room. Your entire body stiffened, your eyes wide.
"You're awake!" y/f/n cheered. "Perfect. I want you to come meet someone."
He grabbed your hand. You were frightened, to say the least. You pushed yourself out of bed so your dad didn't have to pull you so much. There was a man in your bedroom doorway. The man from last week. The one that had touched you.
"Sweetheart" your dad said. He put one arm around you and pointed at the man with the other. "You're gonna spend the night with him."
"What?"
The man smirked evilly.
"See, there was this bet. And I lost... so you gotta go with him."
"Dad..."
"Don't worry, he's really nice."
"Yeah" the man said. "I'm gonna take real good care of you, princess."
"No. No, I don't wanna go."
"Now, y/n, don't be difficult" your dad warned. "Be a good girl and go with him. He'll bring you home tomorrow."
"Dad, please. I wanna stay here."
"I know sweetheart, but a bet is a bet."
"Why did you agree to this in the first place?"
"I'm sorry, I thought I was gonna win. Now, this is only fair. Go on-"
"How is this fair to me!"
"Sweetie, I don't see how it's unfair."
