Dinner Distraction (Lukas x F. Reader)

(Y/N's POV)
I breathed a big sigh of relief as I flopped onto the couch and threw off my shoes. My body ached painfully from a long day at work. I had worked nine days in a row and couldn't wait for my break tomorrow. But for now, I just felt like sitting on the couch while waiting for Lukas to come home.

While I sat down on the couch, Lukas walked over to me and sat down next to me. He wrapped his arms around me before pulling me into his lap. I giggled as I looked back at him. As soon as I did that, Lukas leaned in and kissed me on the lips. I was shocked at first but soon melted into the kiss. After a couple moments we pulled away, gazing into each other's eyes.

"How's my baby girl?" Lukas asked, rubbing my back gently.

I yawned, "Tired. Work was exhausting today."

"I bet it was," Lukas said, "Why don't I make some dinner for us?"

I nodded, "That sounds good!"

Lukas chuckled as he picked me up. He carried me into the kitchen, setting me on the counter next to him. I smiled while Lukas started to pull out a couple pots and pans from the cabinet. I smirked as he started to get some vegetables out of the fridge. He started to cut them up before placing them in the pan next to him.

"And what do you think you're doing?" I asked teasingly.

She blushed madly, "N-Nothing!"

"Are you sure about that?~" I said huskily.

She turned away from me in frustration, causing me to chuckle a bit more. I laid down next to her, wrapping my arms around her waist. She sighed as she turned to face me. She buried her head in my chest while I ran my fingers through her hair. We eventually fell asleep all cuddled up against each other.
