Two Surprises

The door opened quickly, and someone I never expected to see was standing in the doorway, making me cover myself up immediately. All Mike did was laugh, and I gave him a scowl.

"Duncan!!!! Get out!!!" I yell, and he laughs, putting his hands up in defense.

"Sorry guys, but Aleigha's here for you Layla" He chuckles, but I was wondering how he got in.

"How'd you get in?" I ask, and he laughs.

"Magic, come out when you're done" He says mostly towards Mike, but I was annoyed, knowing Mike had given him a key by this point, and I wasn't very happy about it.

"We're done" I answer back rather quickly, and he leaves us to do whatever he thought we were gonna do.

"Awe c'mon, like he's never seen a dick and a pair of tits before right?" Mike says, making it obvious that he knew I was annoyed.

"Just shut up" I sigh, and pull some clothes on. I was so annoyed right now, he should have told me he gave Duncan a key, or at least lock the fucking bedroom door.

"You're just hormonal and shit" He sighs, blowing it off and walking out before me. Great, now he's pissed at me too, but I had a right to be pissed. I finished, and walked out, seeing Aleigha who greets me with a smile.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know he was gonna do that" She apologizes, keeping back a smile. I shrug it off, and give her a quick hug.

"I thought you knew he had a key....I thought Mike would've told you" She chuckles, but I roll my eyes, shaking my head no.

"Yeah, I know right" I sigh, and I notice the whole time she's been here, she hasn't lost the smile. Something's going on.

"So....what's new?" I ask, and she's grinning from ear to ear, waving her hand out at me.

"Oh nothing..." She sighs sarcastically, purposely flashing her ring at me. I gasped, and smiled at her.

"He proposed?!" I ask, and she smiles even larger if that was possible. She nods, and I hug her tightly before she starts to whisper.

"He doesn't know yet but....I uh..." She starts, but I'm so anxious I urge her along.

"Tell me, I won't crack" I promise, and she smiles.

"I skipped a period...." She gushes, and I could have screamed for her, but I kept my cool, and hugged her tightly.

"Do you know for sure yet?" I ask, and she shakes her head no, making me grab her hand.

"Follow me" I giggle, and take her back to my room where she starts to laugh.

"Looks like I'm not the only one that's been busy" She laughs, gesturing to the messed up bed.

"Oh....that. Yeah..." I sigh, still frustrated, but I put it behind me.

"What's wrong?...What happened?" She asks, but I shrug it away.

"Nothing, this is more important anyways" I laugh, and get a box of tests out of my drawer.

"Here, go find out for sure and let me know" I demand, shoving two of them into her hands. She gives me a nod, and closes the door as she goes in. It was longer than I expected before she came out, but she finally did, walking stiffly. I stood up, and she turned them around slowly, both of them positive. We both screamed, and we hugged each other tightly.

"Our kids can be just like brothers or sisters, and we can be aunts" She giggles, and I nod agreeing. Everything calmed down a bit, and she spoke.

"So where's your little girl? I haven't seen her since graduation" She says, and I get up, thinking she was probably in her room.

"Uh...I dunno, she's around here somewhere, she likes to explore" I laugh, walking around until I heard her giggling outside. Duncan holds her on his shoulders, and we both stand back and watch, her watching him and me watching Mike as he shot a basketball in the backyard.

"He is gonna be so good with a baby" She sighs, day dreaming about her life with Duncan. I nodded in agreement, but didn't have anything to say back.

"You guys can stay for dinner, it's Alana's birthday today" I suggest, and she smiles, nodding.

"I better check with Duncan though, just to make sure it's alright" She replies back, and I follow her outside. She goes to Duncan, watching Alana too, and Mike comes over to me, wrapping an arm around my waist loosely. My arms were crossed, and I kept my head hung, just focusing on the ground. He let out a sigh, and leaned his chin on my shoulder.

"I'm sorry....I should've told you...forgive me baby?" He asks, and I let out a breath. Watching Duncan and Aleigha play with Alana, and imagining them with their baby made me smile, and I nodded.

"That was really embarrassing though, so next time lock the door" I order back, and he laughs with a nod.

"Looks like we're staying" Aleigha says happily, coming over to me with Duncan and Alana who followed.

"Good, we can all catch up then" I reply with a smile.

"I think we've caught up enough" Duncan laughs towards me, and I shoot him a glare.

"Alright, the birthday girl gets to pick what she wants for her dinner" I sigh, and pick Alana up.

"What you want to eat?" I ask, and she smiles largely, resting one of her hands on my shoulder.

"Cakes" She giggles, and by that she meant pancakes, those always being her favorites. We all laugh, and I carry her inside, letting her drag out all her toys so she can bug Aleigha to play with her. I made the pancakes for everybody, and we all sat down and chatted while eating them. So It started out to be a great day, then things got a little worse, then great again, so it was like a roller coaster, up and down, and yes I know how perverted that just sounded, but everything always works out in the end, so we were happy.
