And So The Teasing Continues

I walk out,sitting down next to Layla on my bed,her still playing on her phone,and not breaking eye contact with it,as she climbs over to me,straddling my lap. She leans her forehead against mine,as she still types on her phone.

" Why do you like to tease me so much ? " I ask in a whine.

" Because I like to let you know I'm in charge " She purrs,adding a wink,she did not just say that.

" Excuse me babe,but I'm the one in charge,once you get off your per- " I start,but she gasps,and puts her hand over my mouth.

" Dont say that word,I don't like it " She growls,I push her hand away,and she gives me a pouty look.

" I'm sorry,once you get off your stupid monthly,I'll be more than happy to show you who is in charge " I say with a smirk,she raises her eyebrows,and inches her face closer to mine.

" And how do you plan on doing that ? " She asks seductively,her hands fiddling around with my drawstrings again. I lick my lips,and she lets out a chuckle,then gets off of me,walking to the other side of the room.

" I enjoy making you horny babe,really I do,but the best part of it,is hearing you whine like a bitch " She giggles,and walks out of my room,closing the door. I'd show her who's in charge,and she won't forget it,just you wait.

" Layla " I call with a chuckle,getting up to follow her out,but she's not there,I hope she didn't leave. I look around for her,and find her sitting on my couch.

" What are you doing,my room is way more fun " I taunt,sitting down next to her. She gives me a blank stare,but I know something is on her mind.

" Hiws come we never talked to each other after middle school ? " She asked,narrowing her eyes at me,waiting for an answer,I didn't even know the answer to that,i thought she hated me the whole time.

" I thought you pretty much hated me,because you pushed me away when I kissed you for the first time " I answer in a chuckle,she smiles,and just looks at me.

" I was just shy,that was my first ever kiss you know " She says innocently,but a smirk tugging at her lips,that was actually my first kiss too,but I didn't want her to know.

" Really,I thought you hated me,well I mean I knew you didn't hate me,I mean you had a huge crush on me since like seventh grade " I say,letting out a laugh,she gives me a scoff,and narrows her eyes.

" Wrong again,it was sixth smart one " She teases,and let's out a sigh,placing her hand on my thigh,and giving it a pat.

" You're cute,you know that " She laughs,and gives me a wink,before getting up,and holding her hand out for me. I take it,and she pulls me to her,placing my hands where they should properly be for a slow dance,and starts to sway back and forth with me.

" You wanna know something else ? " She asks in a whisper,after we had been dancing for a little bit. I raise my eyebrows in a response,and she brings her eyes to meet mine.

" You really suck at dancing " She laughs,and kisses my cheek. " But I love you anyways " She sighs,and grabs her phone off of the couch,getting a text message. It looks like her heart sinks at the sight of it,she puts her phone away,and I can tell she's choking back tears.

" I uh...I have to go okay " She says,giving me her best smile,and starting for the door.

" Layla,wait,....what's wrong ? " I ask,grabbing her hand.

" I need to go home,I have to say goodbye to an old friend okay " She says,and let's a tear fall down on her cheek.

" Let me come with you " I plead,her eyes widen,and she shakes her head no.

" I don't think that's a very good idea " She replied,but I don't care,I'm coming with her. I grab my keys,and drag her to my car,driving away,as she says nothing.

I reach her house,and go around to her side,opening the door for her,she gives me a worried look,and grabs my hand tightly,as we approach her front door.

She opens it,and walks in,tears immediately springing to her eyes,as she walks over to a sleeping dog on the floor,petting it,as she kisses its face.

" I'm gonna miss you buddy " She cries,and sits down next to it on the floor,okay so I now know the dog isn't asleep. She pets it,and let's the tears fall,as she strokes it's hair,then covers it up with a blanket. A tall guy walks through the door,and immediately sees me,his face gets angry,and he clenched his fists tightly.

" Austin,calm down " Layla cries,walking over,and standing in front of him.

" I told you if I ever saw this bastard I would fucking kill him " He growls,and takes another step towards me.

" Wish man,calm down " I hiss back,and I know this is gonna get pretty ugly pretty fast. I take a step towards him,as he does the same,pushing Layla out of the way,and starting for me. I walk towards him,and he's the first to throw the punch,but I duck,and punch him in his stomach several times,until he falls to his knees.

" Mike,stop it !!! " Layla yells,tearing me away from the son of a hitch,and pushing me into a wall. I charge for him again,and he gets me,punching my face,and kicking me in the back,right where that other bastard had stabbed me. I cry out in pain,and clutch his private,which is the only thing on reach,making him cry out,and fall to the ground.

" Austin !! " Layla yells,pulling him up by his shirt,and pushing him away,dragging him by his ear,and throwing him on the couch.

" Stop it both of you,you're acting like children " She spits,and grabs my hand,pulling me up,and dragging me out the door,pushing me around to my side of the car,as she crossed her arms and got in,slamming the door.

We rode in silence,until I decided to break it.

" He started it " I whined,trying to get out of it.

" And I'm the one who had to finish it,so shut up " She ordered,I did as she said,and pulled back into my drive. She's probably just mad at me right now,being all hormonal and shit,she'd like me again in a couple minutes,but I was wrong,she was still pretty kissed at me for the rest of the day,and she went home a little while later.
