Jake picked up Kai, and carried her into the cabin. The cabin stood near the river. Kai twisted the doorknob, and stared at the interior.
"It's so beautiful..." Jake placed Kai on the floor, and tossed the bags on the floor. "I'm going to get the welcome basket, I'll be back in a few."
Kai smiled, and waved him goodbye. Once the door was closed, Kai took a deep breath, and ran into the bathroom. She grabbed the bags of clothing she had, and all of the other things she had. She had only a few minutes to get the whole place ready, and she wanted it to be perfect. She hopped in the shower, and turned the faucet. She had already showered this morning, but she was going to shower again.
She decided not to wash her hair however, because it would add another ten minutes she didn't have. After a good shower, she got out, and dried herself off. She looked down at her legs, and breathed a sigh of relief. Waxing her legs, although was painful, got rid of the problem in the first place.
She grabbed the luggage, and dug through all the clothing. Finally, she pulled out some lingerie, and slipped it on. She stood behind the wall, and waited for Jake to come home.
Kai took a deep breath, and told herself that it'll be easier than the first time. She sighed, and looked down at her shaking hands. It wasn't as if she practiced this... There really was no guarantee things would go just as she planned. The door clicked, and Kai held her hand near her heart. It was pounding.
She glanced at the man, his white shirt dripping wet. "Kai! I got the basket. It started to rain though. Hey! Are you alright?" Kai swung her leg over the wall, and glanced over at her husband. She wrapped her hands around him, and started to unbutton his shirt. He chuckled, and dropped his hands at her waist. "You're acting different...what's wrong?"
"Nothing..." She muttered. "I'm just a bit...excited." He smiled, and pinned her to the wall. "I don't know if I like this side of you..."
She hummed, and pushed a lock of his hair aside. "Aren't you supposed to like every side of me, Mr. Strong?"
"I don't know Mrs. Strong... how many sides of you are there?" He whispered, curling her hair with his finger. He leaned in, centimeters away from her lips when there was a knock on the door. "To be continued?"
Jake said, smiling. He went towards the door, and opened it up. "Would you like us to help you-"
To Kai, it seemed like it's been a long conversation, so she started to walk closer and closer. It was almost as if the maid was flirting with him. She traced her fingers on his chest, making him gulp. "I'm sorry, but I'm married and-" Jake didn't finish his sentence, when Kai slipped behind him, her hands wrapping around him. "What's taking so long...?" The maid bowed, and walked away just like that. Jake closed the door shut, and turned to skim his wife.
There was something about Kai that made Jake feel at home, whether they were home or not. Something that provided the warmth, the love and the strength he needed. He grabbed her arm, and pulled her towards him in a embrace. "Don't show your body to anyone else but me..."
"What happens if I became a model? Must my body be hidden away as well?" Jake gently smiled. "Whatever you may want to do, you may do it. But this body of yours... now belongs to me." Jake gently pushed her onto the bed, and hovered over her, careful not to injure their child.
"I decide what you do with it...because I live in fear that you'll do something to mess it up." He traced her thighs with his fingers, and retraced it back up. "I don't want to see you in pain any more...I don't want to see you crying, unless they're tears of happiness."
He traced underneath her eyes with his thumb. "Will you let me stay by your side?" Kai ran her fingers through his hair. "Stay by my side, forever."
She said, her fingers tangling up with his. Jake smiled, and whispered in her ear. "If it is what you wish...then I shall stay by your side until the day we are teared apart."

Wendy got up from the bed, and headed towards the cabinet. Although he had said he loved her...there was really only one way to find out. She took the pills she brought from the black-market, and headed towards him.
She curled up into the warm body, and traced his scar lines. General groaned, and opened his eyes. "Kai...cut it out..."
Wendy's eyes widened as she heard his voice call out for her. He called out for her sister-in-law, rather than for her. Then she started to grin. The pills had worked. She looked like Kai now... "Come here..." General said, not being able to see her face. Wendy had slipped Kai's anklet when General wasn't looking, and had pretended to be her. Wendy was confident that her plan was going to work.
He gently grabbed her, and brought her towards him. "Hey...aren't you supposed to be with Jake?"
General looked at the her crying face, and pointed at her stomach. "He doesn't want me anymore." Wendy said in Kai's voice. "Our baby was killed... so he divorced me that night..."
He sat up, and glanced at her stomach. It was true... the bump was gone. "I really wanted a child..." She said, crying into his arms. "You were right about him...he really is a monster."
"I'm sorry if this is too personal to ask...but, how did you lose the baby?" Wendy sat up, and wiped her tears away. "Jake was trying to get in my pants but...I told him no. I wasn't in the mood, especially since he had been flirting with the front desk manager. So he raped me... and when he did, he elbowed me in the stomach... and Lily stopped kicking... and she stopped moving..."
"So we went to the doctor, and it turns out that we lost her. Right there, in the room, he slipped off my ring, and threw it out the window. He then made a big show out of it, and declared it off."
Wendy leaned her head on General's shoulder. "Could you possibly...grant my wish?"
"I'm sorry if it's too much to ask for... but..." General shook his head. "Don't worry about it... just tell me."
"Could you possibly grant me a child?"
