Two hours have passed since the two left the hotel room, and headed to their neighborhood. Now, they stood in front of the hotel room, praying that they wouldn't be scolded. They took all their courage, and opened the door. "We're back..." General whispered.

"AND WHERE HAVE YOU TWO BEEN?!" From the loud shouting in the kitchen, you could already tell that they were in deep trouble. "WE'RE BEHIND SCHEDULE FOR TWO HOURS NOW! YOU BETTER GET IN HERE, AND HELP!"

"It's revolting." the man muttered under his breath. "Would you please destroy him."

"Yes sir." The soldier walked over to the cage. "What a horrid way to wake up! Jeez, I hardly ever get enough sleep here."

The black haired man got up from his chair, and brushed down his pajamas. "Kill it at once."

"My pleasure...sir." He pointed his gun at the shaking boy. "Bye-bye." He pulled the trigger, and the blood splattered against the wall. "How lovely."

The man dragged his fingers against the blood. "What a pretty color. But not against my white furniture. Clean it up this instant."

"Yes sir." The man walked into another room, and slouched in another office chair. He looked up at the cameras, smiling. "Only one ceremony today? That's odd. Last time I checked, the town was holding the local town meeting." He sighed. "Well there goes my plans. Henry! Cancel the threat squad! We'll be relocating them. Let's just crash... a wedding instead."

"The wedding of Kai Strong and Jake Strong...today at six. Alright... I'll be there. I shall place my judgment against them."

"My dear...I've come back for you. You'll be mine now." He grabbed the picture frame off his desk, and stared deeply into it. "He'll be out of the picture."

"I'm home." Jake said, taking off his shoes, and walking into the living room. "What are you doing here!?"

"It's my apartment...I should be allowed in here." Wendy shook her head, and pushed him out the door. "Leave now! Your not allowed to see the bride before the wedding once she starts putting on her makeup!"

He looks once more at the living room. He couldn't see her. Everyone was around her, like she was some type of rare artifact. "The guys are waiting for you at the Central building. Here's the pass key."

"Umm, okay. I'll see you all later." He waved, and started walk to the building. The door shut close, and the barrier finally parted. She sighed, and looked at herself in the mirror that stood before her. She looked like a frog. A hideous frog. She didn't know whether her eyes were playing tricks on her, or rather she was just upset that Jake had be missing for longer than she had. Could it be that he had gotten something important? Maybe there was another woman, that he loved instead of her. All the unnecessary thoughts rattled in her head, making her nervous.

Her heart started to pound, her palms growing sweaty. She breathed in, and looked at the mirror again. The image was gone. Now, she was just herself. The person she saw in the mirror everyday when she passed by it. Wendy looked at Kai confused. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing; for a moment I..." She didn't know how to explain it. Simply telling Wendy that she visualized herself as a frog for a moment would have only made her sound loony. "I was just thinking."

Wendy hummed in response. "What were you thinking about?" she asked. "Ahh... just silly things."

She gently smiled, and continued to do her makeup.

Was it silly? After minutes of fighting with herself, she finally made the conclusion that thinking that way was unfair, and uncivilized. She left without really telling him where she was going on the day of her wedding. That, if anything, would give Jake the right to leave as well. She had done it, so he should be able to too.

She looked down at her hands, and suddenly, her hands looked like those of a beast. They were large and unpleasant and hairy. What if he didn't want her? Now she was being stupid. If there was one thing she knew, it was that Jake loved her no matter what. If she was blind, if she could no longer speak, if she was a bottle of ashes, or if she had loved someone else.

It did hurt when he didn't believe her,  but he loved her and that was all that mattered at the moment. She placed a hand over her stomach. The more she thought, the more she remembered why she loved him.

Jake walked alone, his hands in his pockets. He took a deep breath, and waited for the cars to pass. He wondered what they were going to do today. He wondered whether or not the General was really going to let him marry her.

After all, the General was much more easy-going, and he could easily take care of Kai, and their kid, with ease. Jake however, was certain to find some way to screw it up. The General knew all of the parts of Kai that he didn't know.

But I guess that just added all the fun to their love. He chuckled, and crossed the street.

                                                        Now, to get ready.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Do you think she'll show up?" The man whispered in her ear. "It would be ridiculous if she didn't. This is her responsibility, and if she didn't show up, this would have all been quite the waste...wouldn't it? I mean think of all the things she can't take with her, all of the things she'll regret later."

The man got out of his limo, and stood before the Central building. "Seems like quite the task we've got here... right Juliet?" His assistant, smiled and walked side by side with the man into the building.

Citizens bowed in front of him, when they made eye contact. Most of them did it in fear, rather than in respect. This was the big man. No one was to tell him otherwise.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jake ran through the streets, when he glanced at his watch. If he didn't cross the road now, he'll take about five more minutes than expected, and he would have to take all the bull crap from everyone else, because he was late.

As he runs through the street, he accidentally bumps into someone, and falls to the floor.

"Ah! I'm sorry!" He apologized, and got up to run back to the building.

"Sir...are you alright?" Juliet asked, and she ran over to the man. "I'm fine... just a filthy peasant."
