Klaus walked around the room, waiting for her to finish while putting his hand over his neck. Bonnie then stopped chanting and he walked up to her.
"Did it work?" He asked and she looks at Axel. Axel gasped out and rose up. He looked around to see where he was to see that he was in his brothers house. Klaus held his shoulder as he looked at him.
"Are you okay brother?" Klaus asked and Axel looked at him." Esther." Axel said and klaus shook his head." she is taken care of. She's dead." He told him and he sighs.
"What happened? how long was I asleep?" He asked, klaus looked at Bonnie who then left the room." You've been asleep for five days." Klaus said and Axel put his face in his hands." so I missed the decade dance." He asked and klaus nodded.
"A lot has happened since you were asleep." Klaus said and soon Rebekah came in a hurry." Klaus you'll never believe what-" she stopped herself to see Axel up. She smiled before running up to him and hugging him.
"Your awake?" She asked and he nodded, hugging her back. She suddenly punched him in the stomach and Axel looked at her in shock." that's for killing Matt, you knew I liked him." Rebekah told him.
"He killed Finn. I had to get revenge somehow." Axel told her." now what's wrong?" He asked seeing her in distress." Alaric Saltzman just tried to kill me." She told them and Axel looked confused." why would he tried to kill you? You're stronger than him." Axel asked.
"Alaric Saltzman is supposed to be dead." Klaus told her and Axel looked confused as ever, guess he did miss a lot." Well, he's not, and he's a vampire, thanks to mother spell. With a white oak stake that can't kill him." Rebekah told them." he's strong, too strong.
"What happened while I was out?" Axel asked." long story short, when mother put you to sleep, she used Elena to turn Alaric into an original vampire just like us, but stronger and now he just tried to kill me. He managed to kidnap Caroline." She said and Axel looked at her.
"Where is she?" He asked." he has her held up at the school." Rebekah told him." we need to get her back." Axel said before slowly getting up." you just came back from a slumber you're probably weak right now." Klaus told him.
"And why should we go save her, she's probably dead already. He's stuck in the school without a daylight ring and once it gets nightfall, he'll come after us. We need to leave." She told them.
