TWO MONTHS LATER

Caroline sat on the park bench, anxiously waiting for her friend Ryder to arrive. She had something urgent to discuss with him, something that had been weighing heavily on her mind for the past two months.

As she watched the children playing and the birds flying overhead, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.

A month ago he and his sister came back to the city and they ended up bumping into them, killing gods. At first Caroline couldn't trust him knowing her boyfriend and his daughter were also gods.

But Ryder wouldn't hurt the people she cared about unless he had a reason to.

Finally, Ryder appeared in the distance, walking briskly towards her. He had always been a reliable friend, someone she could count on in times of need.

Caroline stood up and waved at him, catching his attention. Ryder smiled and quickened his pace, joining her on the bench.

"Hey Caroline, what's going on?" Ryder asked, concern evident in his voice.

Caroline took a deep breath before speaking. "Ryder, I need your help. It's about Davina, Axel's daughter. She's been missing for 2 months now, and I'm afraid she might be causing harm to others."

Ryder's eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "Wait, what do you mean? How could Davina be hurting people?"

Caroline sighed, trying to find the right words to explain the situation. "It's hard to believe, I know. But there have been some strange occurrences lately. There has been news of someone killing demons. At first we didn't really think it was her because it wasn't exactly her interest to kill demons. But now we're thinking otherwise." She told him.

Ryder looked skeptical but remained attentive. "Caroline, are you sure about this?" I really wish I wasn't." Caroline replied with a hint of sadness in her voice. Ryder leaned back on the bench, processing the information. "Okay. What can we do about it? How can we help Davina?"

Caroline shook her head, her eyes filled with worry. "I don't think we can help her on our own. We need to find her and stop her before she causes any more harm. I fear that she might be hurting innocent people, mistaking them for demons."

Ryder nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. "Alright, Caroline, I'm with you on this. We'll find Davina and make sure she gets the help she needs. But we have to be careful and approach this delicately."

Caroline smiled gratefully at Ryder's support. "Thank you, Ryder. I knew I could count on you. Let's start by gathering more information about what Davina has been up to and where she might be hiding."

As they sat there, deep in conversation, Caroline couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope. With Ryder by her side, she knew they had a chance to bring Davina back from the darkness that consumed her.
