Present day...

It was the four of you against the studio, and against the turning tables of time. The ink demon wasn't going to have the option to search for you forever, and despite his abilities, the studio was still way too big to be able to find you as quickly as he'd like.

Alice was competing with him; competing for the only light in this old, forsaken place. He wouldn't let her have her way, because his entire being depended on it.

It was this lack of time that kept him going, and the same cause for your own urge to leave the confinement of the safehouse. Even with all of this going on, you couldn't say for sure that Bendy was even as worried about you as you thought. He wasn't here to tell you.

"Are we finally ready to leave?" You questioned, glancing behind you to Allison and Tom, who stood not too far away gathering items and placing them into various shelves and compartments around their little "base." They wanted to make sure that everything was safely tucked away, in case any searchers decided to break in.

"We're just about finished." Allison replied, lowering her head down to her furry companion. "Tom...Oh, just leave that there. It's fine where it is..." Her voice trailed off as Tom seemed to be disheveled about leaving whatever she told him to where it was.

You sighed at their incessant consulting, noticing how Sammy seemed to be just as impatient as you were. He was itching to get out of here as well, his hand repeatedly clenching around the axe that Tom had given him.

Allison had made you and Sammy more aware of just how lucky you were to not have encountered anything while coming down this way. Knowing this made you feel fortunate, yet uneasy about the journey approaching, and the woman had allowed Tom to arm the prophet in order to make you feel better about going out. You would have taken a weapon as well, but the wolf didn't seem to think you'd be able to wield the axe properly, and you didn't have the energy to try to argue with someone who couldn't talk.

Sammy chuckled at the idea of watching you and Tom silently waving angrily at each other. He would have been amused watching that unfold.

After what felt like eternity, Allison and Tom finished packing things away and returned to the door where you and the musician waited.

"Didn't Tom offer you a weapon, (Y/n)?"

You frowned, "Tom didn't think I'd be strong enough to swing it." You answered bluntly, your eyebrows narrowed.

The woman before you hummed in thought, suddenly turning and walking off to where the bed was. Oddly enough, she went and reached for the spoon on the wall, and you almost scoffed as she did so. There was no way you were going to use a spoon t-

Your thoughts cut off, and you stood in disbelief as the entire wall opened up, and Allison disappeared in the small room that was revealed behind it. A secret room, hidden by a SPOON?! "You've got to be kidding me." You uttered, watching Allison step back into view moments later with a metal pipe in her hands.

She offered you the pipe, and you took it with a small, "Thanks." The woman nodded at you, and you could hear the wall close back up as you turned to the door with your new weapon. It was certainly easier for you to manage, and it was capable of inflicting harm when used with a good amount of force. It would do just fine for now.

Allison opened the door to the safehouse, stepping out and allowing everyone else to follow.

It was oddly quiet in the hallways, and her and Tom allowed you to take the lead shortly after leaving. The ink demon was someone they'd let you take the lead with at any given opportunity. He was the last thing they wanted to run into, but Allison knew that what you had said about him had to have some truth if you were still alive.
