"So, how do we get out of here?"
You stood beside Bendy, turning your head and letting your curious eyes follow the demon as he walked over to the back of the large storage room. As you walked behind him, the two of you stopped in front of an old haunted house. It looked like it was built into the wall behind it, and only the entryway was protruding from it, where people would normally stop to wait in a long line for hours at a time. Two large doors blocked the inside from your view, and a large skull had been carved into the wood in the middle.
Bendy turned his attention to a large, metal panel on the wall beside the attraction. The panel had four switches on it, each with a dull dot above it. On the far end was a big lever, which you assumed would turn on the entire ride. You nearly tripped on a wire as you went over to inspect it, and realized that there were four different wires connecting to it, each one coming from a different place in the room.
"We need to power the haunted house. This panel has the four switches we need to pull, but the panel itself needs power before we can use it." The toon told you, turning around and glancing down at the wires splitting four ways on the ground.
He lifted a claw and lazily pointed at them, "These wires will lead the way to each of the levers."
With the answer now clear as day, you let a small smirk spread across your face. Finally, something simple. "Sounds easy enough! Alright, let's go!"
"(Y/n), you know damn well that this studio isn't something to take for granted." Bendy told you, his tone completely devoid of any humor. This place wasn't easy to figure out. That had been made very clear. When he realized that you had already begun to walk off, he followed suit with a sigh, his attempt to warn you being tossed out the window.
"Relax Bendy...Besides, I have you around. What's there to fear?"
The demon snickered at your comment, easily feeling the irritation lift from his form. It was funny to hear that come out of your mouth, when bravery was not something he'd seen much of from you this entire time since you had arrived here. He caught up with you effortlessly and chuckled from beside you. "Says the one who had almost had a heart attack when the searchers ganged up on us."
You felt your confident grin drop at the reminder, slumping your shoulders with utter disappointment. Your response only riled up the ink demon even more. Saying nothing to him, you continued to follow the wire until it slipped underneath a large metal door, leaving you with nowhere else to go to find the other end of the wire
"Ugh, this stupid door is in the way..."
Glancing beside you, you looked at the toon quizzically as he thought for a moment, seemingly trying to remember something. Suddenly his expression brightened, and he turned his head to the array of games to his right. "Oh! I forgot. We were actually supposed to beat that game you tried earlier." He told you with his head tilting to the side in a playful manner, his focus now on you once more. He knew exactly how you were going to react to that.
"The strength one? It'll take ages to beat that!" You cried, throwing your hands up in a small fit. "That thing is rigged I tell you! RIGGED!"
Bendy let out a laugh, poking you on the nose with a hand on his hip. "Maybe for you, but for me it's like lifting a couple of grapes." He retorted, grinning as he made his way over to the game.
"I thought you only ever had bacon soup down here." You huffed, crossing your arms over your chest and watching him from afar. The demon stopped in front of the game and easily lifted the mallet over his shoulder. He sent you a mocking glance before slamming the hammer down onto the scale, the bulbs on the sides of the game lighting up as the weight skyrocketed to the top and hit the bell.
