The kraken had taken hold of the ship, a lot of deaths had occurred and you were ordered to sit in the longboat as Jack paid his respects to his ship. Saying goodbye. Elizabeth was hesitant in withdrawing.
"They need to be quick," you said to Will.
"They will, I'm sure."
Will helped a few more into the boat, his eyes went from being wide to being filled with sorrow as he watched on. You soon came close next to him and turned the same. Elizabeth kissed Jack, so passionately and it struck you body like a disease. Mostly made up of jealousy.
You climbed the rungs of the ladder to pull her off of him, to get her away. There was no way you could see if she was forcing himself, or if he was enjoying it. Once you were on the decks, you felt it creak. The kraken was returning back again. Elizabeth slid her hand down my jacks wrist, clipping something in place.
"What are you doing?" You asked Breaking the silence
She gasped and turned away like she'd done something wrong, which she clearly had. Jack tried to wriggle out of the cuff and pull it away. You took the lamp and poured some of the cold oil on his wrist as she walked away in silence, treading on eggshells. She wasnt happy, in fact she looked guilty.
"She..."
"I know."
The boat creaked and cracked under the newfound pushing of the beast beneath. Elizabeth sat in the boat, her head bowed in shame. Jack saluted the ship, before getting in the long boat. Will gave you a questioning look, and you raised your eyebrows.
Elizabeth had tried to kill Jack, and she almost won.
