Y/n was kicked out of U.A. High's hero course at seventeen due to her using her quirk without permission. She was three months shy of being a high school graduate when she was expelled. She had lost both of her parents when she was young, and her foster parents were too disappointed in her to allow her back into their home. One of her old teachers gave her a place to stay till she got onto her feet. He helped her become the well-known vigilante she is today, and still lets her in for the occasional drop-in visit.
Y/n's official quirk name is Harpy. She dons a pair of dark wings with razor-sharp nails. After losing her one chance to be a pro hero, she chose to become a vigilante. There are no known drawbacks to her quirk, she only has a mild sensitivity to extreme light and feels more tired during the daytime. She has the ability to harden her feathers to use as a weapon or a defense mechanism. Her sharp nails are able to extend out into long talons and her eyes can see in complete darkness.
