I was woken up by another gush of water on my body. Two men were prepping something out of my view, and one put something into my arm.
"What are you doing?" Jonah asked.
"This is a much less painful death than I wanted, but Kobly is onto us," Rosie explained to her minions.
"Oh my god!" Jonah screamed. "Help!"
I felt my body go limp. The man cut the wires, and I fell to the ground. Jonah was then cut from his restraints. I kept going in and out of consciousness; Jonah put my head on his lap. I saw a lady that looked like mom. Then I would see Jonah.
"Stay Awake!" Please!... I need you." Jonah pleaded.
With the last bit of energy, I grabbed the back of his neck and kissed him.
"I wanted to do that...one last time," I said.
"This isn't going to be the last time." Jonah cried.
Jonah then got up, holding me. The door to the stairs was then found open, and Rosie was stopped in her tracks.
"FUCK!" Rose said.
"It's over, mom!" Anya explained.
Anya and Kolby had cops next to them. The cops came downstairs and put Rosie and her group into custody. Kolby and Anya rushed downstairs.
"What happened?" Kolby demanded.
"Rosie's minions put a needle in her arm and a syringe," Jonah explained.
Anya then tore the needle out of my arm. I winced.
"I'm sorry." Anya apologized.
"Hand her over; I'll get her outside faster," Kolby explained. "Why did she go after Rose?"
Anya and Jonah stayed quiet.
"My...Family." I explained.
"What do you mean?" Kolby asked.
"Leah Fletcher's my mom... you're my dad."
"Ari keeps your energy," Jonah said.
"I needed to tell him."
Kolby ran, holding me. We headed outside, and the EMTs had just gotten there.
"What happened?" The Emt asked.
"I think of an overdose by force," Kolby explained.
"Do you know what drug?"
Anya ran to the ambulance with a needle and syringe attached to it. Kolby put me onto the stretcher.
"What is your relationship to her?" Another Emt asked.
"I don't know...." Kolby responded.
I blacked out. Everything went white.
