There was a loud banging coming down the stairs. Jonah then went into the light.
"Oh my god!" Jonah said.
I tried to lift my head to look at him, but I was in so much pain. Jonah took a knife and began to cut the wires. Gunfire rang out through the basement, and Jonah fell to the ground. One of the men picked up Jonah and dragged him to a chair.
"God, another body," Rosie said.
"You're not going to get away with this," Jonah said.
"I already have."
Rosie then took a knife from the table and stabbed Jonah in the knee. Jonah winced in pain. She then came over to me and stabbed me in the knee. KNOCK!KNOCK!KNOCK!The men look at Rosie.
"Let's go," Rosie demanded.
A man came up and tore duct tape off of my face. The group headed upstairs.
"I'm sorry." I cried.
"Why?" Jonah responded.
"You're in danger because of me."
"No."
"No, what?"
"Stop apologizing. It's not your fault; you were stolen from our bed while asleep."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
"It's going to be okay, I promise."
"Are we still going on that date?"
"Of course."
"Where would you take me?"
"First, I would take you to a fancy dinner. Then we would take blankets, drive up to the mountains, and watch the sunset."
This helped me fall asleep.
