A cool breeze woke me up. I sat up to see a field. I stood up to see a lady. She was in a white dress with long blonde hair. She looked familiar to me. She was a good couple of yards away from me. I then began to run. My white dress was moving in the breeze. I touched the lady's shoulder, and she turned around.
"Mom?" I asked.
"Hi, sweetie!" She responded.
I wrapped my arms around her in a bear hug.
"I wanted to come and find you, but, you know."
"It's okay."
There was silence.
"I have so many questions," I explained.
"Ask away." My mom responded.
"Who killed you?"
"Rosie and her minions."
"Why?"
She released me from the hug.
"Well,"
She grabbed my hands.
"Your father and I got engaged behind Rosie's back."
"Okay."
"When Rosie found out, she had me killed."
"Is she the reason why you gave me up?"
She looked away from me as tears went down her face. I hugged her again. When I let go of her, I had another question.
"What is going on outside?"
My mom put her forehead against mine. The world went white, and my mom disappeared.
