Heesoo's POV
It's finally the day we leave for our camping trip. I've been talking to Dani all day about fun activities we can do once we get there. She thinks that we should probably just eat then hang out once we get there, but I want to go out exploring. In retrospect it probably isn't a good idea to do that in the dark while we are in the woods. So we'll probably just end up hanging out and setting up our tents. We are all about to meet up at Hanbi's actually because she made us some bread for the journey even though she's sick. She pretends to not care, but I can see behind her façade.
"Haerin are really still writing your speech?" I looked over and saw Dani braiding Haerin's hair into pigtails. Haerin just nodded scribbling aggressively on the crumbled paper. She must be working really hard on this.
"The paper looks like it's about to fall apart Rin, you better calm down." I laugh walking over towards the two girls. I looked down and the paper was almost completely filled with her scratchy handwriting.
"I'm almost done, I want to finish before we leave." Dani and I just both laugh a bit at the all too serious girl. I've never seen Haerin work so hard on something. School always came easy to her, and she isn't a very competitive or aggressive person so seeing her so adamant about doing something is kind of endearing.
"We aren't going to Hanbi's for another hour. You have time honey." Dani pats the cat-eyed girl's head before she goes back to braiding it.
"Yeah we have to wait for Jungwon to get back anyway. No one is going anywhere if he doesn't hurry up and get back." I laugh while opening my diary to write one last entry before we leave. I don't want to bring it with me just in case it gets messed up.

Today is the day! The day I've been looking forward to for the past couple months. I'm not going to be able to write for a couple days since we will be out in the woods and I don't want to get this dirty. I love going on these trips because everytime we come back from one I always feel closer to these girls and Jungown. It's my favorite time of year too. I love the period where it goes from fall to winter. It's so beautiful outside and I love the feeling of the cold air on my skin. I want this trip to last forever. If I could I would force each and everyone of them to live with me in Oakland and never come back. I can't do that so I'm just going to have to settle for the weekend. Till next time~

"Wait, where is Hyein?" I heard Dani ask from behind me.
"Oh she is already at Hanbi's. I just told her we would meet her there before we leave." I saw Hyein sitting outside of Hanbi's window talking to her through it on my way to pick up some flour for my mom this morning. I asked her what she was doing, but she just replied saying she was talking to Hanbi. She can't just wait a couple days until she feels better? I mean we already planned to go there earlier to pick up the bread she made us. She couldn't wait till then?

Hanbi's POV
"Hyein, you don't have to sit out there all day." I sigh coughing into the crook of my elbow. When I look up I see the tall girl's sad puppy eyes. God you've got to be kidding me.
"I just don't want you to be lonely!" Hyein pressed her face against the glass of the window, making me smile a little bit. Why is she being like this today?
"I like being alone!" I roll my eyes leaning my elbow against the window sill staring down at the moping girl. "It's okay to go have fun without me. We can hang out once you get back." I can visibly see the young girl taking a heavy breath before she nodded. Maybe she'll leave now.
