Tony's Pov
Flashback
The earliest memory of my life that I recall is back when I was six years old. My Padre called me to his office which was very unusual because only important information was discussed there. Him wanting to talk to me in the office meant that something serious was happening and I was curious to find out.
"Tony have a seat there are important things we need to discuss" he said as he gestured for me to sit in the chair in front of his desk.
My father Antonio Accardo, a cruel ruthless man and the head of our Accardo family mafia of assassins.
Our mafia was a little different than the traditional mafia scene. Of course we deal weaponary like most mafias but our main specialty is in assassinations.
Starting one hundred years ago my ancestors created this organization. Since then it's been passed down generation to generation.
As a child I knew the business of my family and not once has it ever frighten me. Maybe it came from my bloodline of killers.
My padre cleared his throat regaining my attention.
"As you know it'll be time to start your training soon" he said with ice in his voice. If I were anyone else, especially another child I would be scared to death. But he's my padre and I know he loves me he just has his own way of showing it.
"Yes I know" I say confidently. In fact I've been waiting for this day for a long time. Usually training starts at the age of ten but my family is different. From the previous generation my great grand father believed we should start training as soon as possible.
"As my eldest son I have high expectations, don't disappoint me, stay alive" he said with a small smirk at the end of his lips.
"Of course I'm your son after all how can I die so easily" I chuckled back and headed to my room preparing for departure to the training grounds.
End of flash back
I kept my word to my father and I did not disappoint him. I soared to the top of the organization by the time I was six teen years old. I was dubbed "The Reaper" for the way I killed without being seen or heard. At the age 21 I took over the organization from my father who is now "retired" he still gets his hands dirty every now and then to keep his skills sharp.
This life suited me well. I have always kept interest in my work nothing else. I did not indulge in relationships just hook ups here and there.
My family and many others call me cold and too serious. They may be right about that I am heartless and I don't like to joke around.
At least I thought I was heartless until I saw her.
When Leonardo called me over for a meeting I knew it had to be something big by the tone in his voice. I was not expecting him to say that he'd found his long lost daughter, the mafia princess of the Russo family.
Only the Russo's and the Accardo family knew of her existence. If others knew that the Russo family had a daughter she would definitely bring chaos both good and bad.
When Leonardo asked me to be a shadow for her I wanted to decline simply because baby sitting a teenager was not on my priority list.
For goodness sake I'm a mafia boss too! How the hell am I suppose to watch a girl and run my organization? Although the our families are allied and we tend to work for/with them I found this request too much.
I was about to decline the offer, no matter what he was willing to give me in return there was no way I was becoming a babysitter. Before I could give my final answer a loud crash sounded in the hallway.
