Luna Pov

Seeing Anna again after all these years is something I wouldn't have expected. She's still the same pretty girl I remember.

My very first friend in life is now standing before me again. What's even more astonishing is that we have reunited in another country!

"Luna! How did you get here? Wait, first how have you been? You look so pretty! Oh my god I can't believe this is happening!"

Anna went on and on without stopping and it reminded me of old times.

"Hahaha you still ramble." I said laughing at her red embarrassed face.

"Hahaha, seriously Luna, how have you been all these years I've missed you." She said with sincere eyes.

"Life was hard after you moved away, but as you can see now my life has changed. I found my real family." I said turning around facing my dad, brothers, Tony and Luis.

"Oh my. It's a pleasure to meet you all, my name is Anna Scottsdale, I lived next door to Luna when we were kids." She introduced herself my family.

"Scottsdale's as in Scottsdale's International Group?" My dad asked.

"Haha, yes my father and grandfather are the CEOs of Scottsdales International Group."

"What's that?" I asked since everyone seemed to know but me.

"Well to put it bluntly her family is rich as hell." Gio said.

"Are they involved.. in you know," I ducked my head and whispered, "the mafia?"

"Pfftt." They snickered at me.

"Don't laugh! I'm serious! Everyone I meet these days is affiliated somehow."

"We aren't a mafia family, but we help them out when it comes to legal businesses. We are a generation of lawyers, hence me coming to Italy to study law." Anna said.

"Wow, I see." I said amazed at my friends newfound background.

"I'll give you a tour around the school and we can catch up!" She said.

I originally came to tour with my family, but with Anna's appearance I want to spend more time together.

I turn to my dad and he already knew what I wanted because he waved his hand motioning me to head on.

I mouthed a thank you.

"Tony, Luis, come with us!" I said.

My dad and brothers left and said they'll see me later tonight at home.

"Anna, this is my boyfriend Tony." I introduced them formally.

"Nice to meet you." Tony said politely.

"Nice to meet you as well." She returned a polite greeting.

Before I could formally introduce Luis, he had already slid to Anna's side.

"Hello Bonita, my name is Luis Cruz, it's a pleasure to meet you." He said giving her goggly eyes.

Anna's ears redden a little but she kept a straight face with Luis.

"You too." She said coldly.

"Luna let me show you around I've only been here a semester so I'm also new." She said holding onto my hand.

I looked at Tony, and he smiled at me as we walked ahead of him and Luis. Meanwhile Luis had the expression that someone just ran over his cat.
