Leonardo's Pov
Mio Dio (my God)
How.. how did she survive? Even I a man made killing machine wouldn't be able to handle such horrid acts. Seeing her mother go through that at such a young age I can't even image. That night was probably the most traumatic thing. Dio I hate Stacey for taking her away in the first place! Why didn't I find her sooner! All of these thoughts and more ran through my head as I sat in my office not paying attention to anything my family was shouting about.
After Luna told us everything she was so exhausted we gave her medicine with warm milk and watched her fall asleep.
Now everyone is back gathered in my office trying to digest che cazzo (what the fuck) we just heard. Of course we knew already from the officer and the doctors but hearing it from my own figlie (daughters) mouth hit different.
My mother decided to stay with luna so it's just the Russo men here and I can't describe the atmosphere. Some want to kill him right now while others want to slowly torture him keeping him alive to suffer.
What did I want?
Severe and utter despair to seep through his soul.
Grinning to myself as I planned his living hell I finally decided to invite the fly on the wall that's been eavesdropping inside.
"We know your there come out would you" I said and he pushed the door open and made his entrance.
"How long were you planning on eavesdropping"? My padre Lex asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Well it wasn't my intention but I didn't want to disturb so.." Tony said as he strolled in sitting down on a empty chair.
"So you listen in on our family secrets"?! Gio says glaring daggers his way.
"She's my responsibility now I need to know everything in order to protect her properly" he said but for some reason that sounded like an excuse. I couldn't help but remember how he carried her away and the way he looked at her before. But it can't be.. he's.. old.
"What the hell are you doing here anyway Accardo" Marcello said looking at Tony.
" I'm here to protect your sorella is it not my job? In order to do that I need to be around her. That's why.. I'm moving in.
"CHE COSA"?! (WHAT) we all exclaimed in unison. What the hell does he mean he's moving into my mansion? He can protect her other ways he doesn't need to be here.
"On whose order? I don't remember such agreement" I say trying my best not to punch my close friends eldest son in the face.
"Luna needs to get used to me being around the more she sees and interacts with me the easier it is to protect her. I can't protect someone whose scared of me". He said and once again it sounded like an excuse! Yet I couldn't deny the fact that he had a point. Luna needs to be comfortable or it won't work. As much as I want to refuse I can't.
"I'll allow it" I said with much disdain.
"PADRE"! All of my sons snapped their necks to me I could tell they hated the idea.
Even my padre looked at me like he wanted to punch me.
"You know he's right if she's afraid of him he won't be able to protect her. She needs to see him everyday, and often just how she'll see and get used to us". I said with more disdain.
Having another assassin live under the roof is a bonus for Luna's safety and that's priority number one.
"You can move in tomo-" I was cut off.
