Luna Pov
"Hahaha, Tony, don't say it in a way that they will misunderstand," I was giving Tony the deadliest look.
"I wanted to see her, so I went there first," he said.
"In that condition?" His mother was giving him a look of disapproval.
"He's lovestruck, even I would want to see my beloved after surviving a life or death situation," his father winked at his wife.
"Father, like son, you both are idiotas," his mother said.
We all laughed and talked more until his family departed.
Only Tony and I were left at the hospital but Tony insisted that he was feeling better and wanted to leave.
"Amore I'm fine, I can't be cooped up inside a hospital," he said getting out of bed while removing IV's.
"You can't do that! The doctor said you had a concussion and broken ribs!" I said remembering the results of the examination.
"I've been through worse and I've recovered perfectly fine at home," he said.
"I get it. No one likes hospitals, but that doesn't mean they aren't necessary," I said.
"Okay. How about I make you deal?" He offered.
"Go on,"
"What if I bring in a personal doctor that will check my health regularly at home?" He said.
"Hmmm," I thought about it.
"Oh c'mon," he said.
"Alright, but you have to promise to not overdo it," I said helping him put on his jacket.
"I promise," he said kissing me on the cheek.
He pulled out his cell and ordered a car to pick us up.
By the time we made it downstairs the car was already there.
Several cars followed us as we made our way back home. It was more security than usual and that made me more curious about what happened to Tony.
The ride home was silent as my mind was occupied by the potential dangers that lurked around every corner. I was not afraid for myself, but for Tony
I have to know what's going on.
Pulling into the driveway the driver got out and opened the door for us.
"I'll take a shower first," I said dashing up to my room.
Once I was in my room I shut the door and climbed into bed. My emotions are all over the place.
I can't help but think that Tony won't share details of his kidnapping with me because he doesn't think I can handle it.
I appreciate his concern, but if we are to be together we need to properly communicate.
He's seen me at the lowest point of my life I just want to be apart of his life regardless of anything.
Knock knock
"Come in," I said not looking to see who it was.
"Amore,"
I shot up not wanting to look like I was sulking I was surprised to see him standing there.
"W-what are you doing here?" I said.
"I felt like you had something to say ever since we left the hospital," he said taking a seat on my bed.
"Well I do have some questions," I said fiddling with my fingers out of nervousness.
