Chapter 9 : putting it behind us

That night Stiles and Derek took Dax their own sperate way. Leaving Theo and Liam alone, once again. Theo offered him a ride home and he took it. The ride was very awkward and silent, Theo kept gripping the steering wheel, sighing. Liam couldn't really understand what he was thinking and that was probably because Theo was good at blocking himself off from the world.

"Theo.. we should probably talk about what happened back there.." Liam said in a soft whisper as he kept his hand on the door while Theo parked his truck. "Theres nothing to talk about Liam. Things happen, it was probably some heat of the moment shit. You was mad, i was mad.. thats it." Liam looked out the window of the truck as he opened the door "Yeah.. okay, lets just forget it happened then" He hopped out of the truck, slamming the door and heading inside.

Theo sat there in the truck, running his hand over his face and through his hair. He knew all he kept doing was hurting liam and he hated it. He was scared too, he had feelings that he couldn't even explain. He just wanted them to go back to normal without all this complications. He growled, slamming his fist into his steeling wheel before getting out of the truck, him and liam had to talk this out once and for all because if not, they would be stuck in this constant state of confusion.

"You sure it was here?" Stiles asked in a sigh as he leaned against Derek who gave him that look, making him stand up straight and clear his throat. "Yes! i buried it here!" Dax yelled out as he was now stressing. "Stop, Do you hear that?" Derek stood in front of stiles as him and Dax was looking around now. "Yeah..a heartbeat.." Dax whispered as he scanned the area, only to be knocked to the ground quickly by an figure in a dark hoodie, Derek growled , pulling his claws out and preparing for an long over due fight as he step forward, cracking his neck while Stiles was checking on Dax. The figure stopped instantly as if Derek was some alpha. The figured pulled their hoodie down "Derek?" Stiles looked up and gasped as Derek grabbed the figure, hugging them tightly "what are you doing here Issiac?" Issiac pulled away from the hug and pulled the jar that was stolen from Derek out. "I been tracking a few hunters the past few months and they came here recently, saw them talking to that dick over there, turns out they wanted to bring the Nogitsune back and here i am, i waited for him to return to investigate him." Stiles got up after Sitting Dax up against a tree, hugging Issiac. Stiles and Issiac had their problems at first but they got along really well. Lets head to the clinic and try to figure out who these hunters are and why they want the Nogitsune so badly. Derek Picked up Dax as Stiles followed behind along with Issiac.

"Open this damn door Liam, i'm not asking anymore i'm telling you" Theo was pounding on Liams door, Getting very pissed off at him ignoring him once again. Liam seem to be good at doing that. "LIAM!" Theo roared as he dug his nails into the doors frame, trying his hardest not to kick the door down and snatch the little shit up. Liam opened the door slowly now as Theo pushed it all the way open, Stepping in which made Liam step back. "What Theo.. Its late.." Liam turned around and walked off to his bed, getting prepared to sleep. He was tired and Not just physically, mentally. He doesn't know how long he can keep up with this. Every time hes around Theo anymore it feels like he just gets hurt and its draining the life out of him. "I'm sorry okay?! is that what you want to hear from me" Theo moved closer, sitting next to Liam who was avoiding eye contact with him. "I dont want you to apologize Theo..i just want to go to bed. Lets just put this all behind us and start fresh tomorrow" Liam was now climbing under his blankets and laying down, turning his light off. Theo was still sitting there in the dark with his hands against his forehead, He could tell Liam was upset. Climbing over Liam and laying down next to him. "Fine.. I'll see you in the morning" Theo grumbled out as Liam hummed out. "Goodnight Theo"

Liam had Theo wrapped around his finger and he didn't even know it but if Liam wanted to pretend nothing happened and everything was fine then he could too. it'll be like what it use to be. Hopefully. "Goodnight little wolf"

What did you guys think of this chapter? hehe slowly bringing everyone back while trying to keep the drama there. I dont want Liam and Theo to just end up together instantly because i dont think they would in the show. i feel like they would be good friends and end up becoming lovers after all their arguments and fighting about feelings and stuff.
