The Other POV

(Syna's pov)

I actually wanted to mess around with Xeni to see if she would interfere with anything I'd do towards her new friend. I trust Xeni, but that doesn't mean I trust her friend. In order for them to still be friends.. that means that there must've been a conversation on it and boundaries have been set. I must say I'm actually happy she told me. What's a better feeling that sitting in someone's face not knowing that they tried to fuck your girlfriend?

Sarcasm? Yeah.

"Babe?"

"Yeah?"

Xeni snapped me out of my thoughts.

"She's.. outside."

She spoke as if she needed validation. I know I sounded demanding, but I was enjoying this. She was nervous, on edge no matter what I said. Why not? Honestly, I was very upset over the situation. I'm not sure how far I'll go with this tonight.

I watched as Xeni came around the corner followed by her friend. They approached the island and sat down.

"Hello."

"Hi, how are you this evening?"

"I'm great and you?"

"Excellent. What's your name again?"

"Luna."

"What a nice name. Come sit, we made dinner. Were you hungry?"

"Actually, yes. Thank you!"

"Ofcourse."

I sat Luna's plate down in front of her. I sat Xeni's plate down next and I left the room, leaving them alone. I chuckled to myself.
I needed to leave and freshen up. My clothes got dirty while cooking, so I put on more comfortable clothing. Once I changed my clothes, I went back down so I could join them everyone.

"Sade! The food's ready!"

I went and sat at the island with Luna and Xeni. Xeni eyed me as I sat down, with full eye contact, and pulled my plate closer to me as I took a bite.

"How you liking the food? It's one of my favorites."

"It's.. very good!" Luna's face lit up.

Aw, too bad this conversation is about to go left.

"Not as good as Xeni. Am I right?" I chuckled.

"What?" Xeni had this look in her eyes.

"Why the eyes? I didn't say.. or do.. anything wrong, right?" I quickly eyed Luna on the 'do' part.

"You know what you're doing..."

I looked at Luna and shrugged, who obviously didn't want to be apart of it.

"Hey, everything alright in here?" Sade walked in.

"Yes, never better." I took another bite.

"The food looks great!"

"Thank you Soya. Come join us!"

Xeni glared at me to 'behave'.

I glared back and decided to ask Luna more questions.

"How'd you two meet?"

Luna laughed as she shuffled more into her food.

"Well, Xeni bumped into me and made me drop my stuff, but she was kind enough to help and make sure I was alright. Since she's new to town, I decided to be her friend.. well we were gym partners but escalated to friends."
