Hyunjin Pov:

"Well you're excited today!" Eunchae commented as I began to do my stretching routine.

"Of course I am! Today's dance practice!" I replied, continuing to warm up.

"Still I didn't think you would be this hyped for something you've been doing all your life." My friend chuckled, joining me.

"Ugh. After all the stressful rap and vocal lessons, I'm just glad to get back to something I'm familiar with." I groaned, lying down onto the cold, hard, wood floor.

Just as my back made contact with the floor, the door suddenly opened and I shot up at the sound.

"Hi. Is this the room for the 7:00 AM dance class?" A girl who looked like Bae Suzy from Miss A asked Eunchae and I.

"Yes it is." I replied, cracking a smile.

The girl nodded to someone behind her and then entered along with three other girls.

"Warming up?" Another girl with a black bob and bangs spoke.

"Yep! Care to join us?" Eunchae offered.

"Sure thing." The girl replied.

Soon, I learned the names of all four girls. Two were Japanese, with their names being Sakura, and Kazuha. The short haired girl's name was revealed to be Chaewon while the last girl introduced herself as Yunjin. When we finished with introductions, the door opened once again and this time two males entered.

"Hello girls. Sorry we're a little late. I'm Hoshi and this is Chan." Hoshi introduced, setting down his bag on a nearby chair.

"Hello Hoshi. Hello Chan." The six of us bowed respectfully.

"Shall we get to work then?" Hoshi asked.

"Alright this is dance class, so I would first like to see some freestyle or self choreographed choreography from all of you to a song of your choice. Hyunjin. Why don't you go first?" Chan suggested motioning for me to step forward.

After I was finished there were several rounds of applause along with some cheers. I blushed and shyly returned to the line of girls where Eunchae teasingly slapped my shoulder.

"Girl that was lit!" She hissed.

"Gosh. Stop it! I learned it with Mina earlier this week." I replied.

"This week? When did you have any time?"

"When I go home during the weekdays I spend another two hours at the 1 Million Dance Studio to practice with Mina."

"That's why you're so tired at school?" Eunchae giggled.

I nodded tiredly.

"Alright then, Kazuha why don't you go next?" Hoshi smiled at the nervous girl.

"Yass! Ballet queen! Go for it!" Sakura cheered.

About 15 minutes later:

"Okay everyone, we're going to practice a Seventeen choreography. Judging by everyone's skills, I think we can start with one that is a bit more difficult." Chan mused glancing at Hoshi who nodded back.

"Indeed. You guys have some options. Option 1. Clap. Option 2. Hit. Option 3. Don't Wanna Cry. Discuss between each other which one you girls want." Hoshi instructed.

I turned to other four girls who seemed nervous at the prospect of learning such difficult choreographies.

"There's no way I'm doing Hit." Yunjin muttered.

"Agreed. My stamina isn't up for that." Sakura agreed.

"Okay then. Clap or-" Eunchae began to say.

"Not Clap. The chorus is freaking complicated." Chaewon sighed.

"And Don't Wanna Cry is not?" I shot back.

"At least for the first part of the chorus our legs are stationary." Kazuha added.

"It's a legendary song, will we be able to live up to the standard?" Eunchae murmured.

"You heard Chan and Hoshi. They think our skills are good enough to do these sorts of choregraphies. We can do this!" I encouraged.

The girls nodded.

"Alright then. I'll tell them." I announced.

I made my way over to the two males who were smiling and laughing over something on Chan's phone.

"Hoshi?" I tentatively asked.

"Hmm? Ah, Hyunjin! What's up?" Hoshi grinned.

"We wanted to tell you that we chose Don't Wanna Cry to learn."

The male nodded.

"Great. Let's get started then."

An exhaustive 3 hours later:

"Take a break!" Chan yelled.

Eunchae and I groaned as we collapsed onto the ground, our muscles screaming in pain.

"Who knew that a soulful ballad had such intense choreography!" Eunchae panted.

"I know right?" I huffed.

From the corner of my eye, I noticed Hoshi glance at his phone before whispering to Chan, a slight smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.

"Huh. I wonder what's going on over there?" I murmured.

"Nothing that I could care about right now. All I know is that I'm sore as hell!" Eunchae chuckled.

"Same." I hissed.

"Girls! There will be a special dance mentor arriving in an hour. Please go over the entire routine and be prepared to present when he arrives." Hoshi announced it suddenly.

I cursed under my breath but stood, helping my friend to her feet as well.

"Alright. C'mon y'all let's do this!" I shouted to the other four girls.

1 Hour Later

"I think we did well today?" Sakura gasped as we hit the ending pose.

"Yeah! For just learning the whole thing, I would say we did fine!" Kazuha panted, kneeling onto the ground.

We'll just have to wait till Hoshi and Chan return-" I started to say when I suddenly heard a loud commotion coming from the halls.

"Oop. Looks like they're here." Eunchae commented.

"Yeah. Stand up everyone! Look confident!" Chaewon guided.

The door opened and my eyes widened at the sight of the tall, triple lidded, sleepy eyed, handsome male. The man was familiar. Very familiar.

"Hyunjin?"
