two months later

I grab all the catalogs and my agenda and walk down the stairs heading to the dining room.

Tomorrow's the wedding. I can't believe this. Tomorrow my mother is going to get married.

I am so stressed, actually in the past two months I've been so stressed. I took full responsibility for organizing her wedding and I think I did a pretty good job. She told me she wanted something in the woods that gives full fairy vibes and I managed to find something like that, I couldn't find a venue right in the woods, but I found one close, that has trees and a lake around. I did one hell of a job with this wedding. From flowers to what music is going to be played to what food we're going to eat.

"Mom, let's get over the details again," I say placing everything down on the table.

"Honey, we already went through this a hundred times today, it's getting late go rest. I'm sure everything is ok" she says placing down the glass of wine and grabbing hold of Jack's hand.

"Well, I don't want everything to be ok, I want it to be perfect," I say sitting down.

"Here we go again, you are allowed to ask three questions and that's it you're not asking anything more until tomorrow," she says exasperated.

"Do you have your dressed prepared?"

"Yes, it's in our room."

"Jack, your suit it's good and prepared?"

"Yes" my future step-father answers.

"At what hour are we leaving tomorrow?"

"See this is a good question, we were thinking about eight o'clock. The ceremony starts at noon and we'll need time to get ready and make sure everything it's alright" she answers and I nod my head.

"Eight. Got it."

"Now go upstairs and try to get some rest. It's ten pm and you need to wake up early, tell that to your brother too" my mother says and I gather everything and head to my room.

I leave the catalogs on my desk and walk toward my brother's room. I bang my hands against his door so I annoy him, then open the door and peek my head inside.

"Tomorrow, we leave at eight, go to sleep," I say and he throws me an annoyed look.

"Wait, at what hour should Isa come?" he asks.

"I'll tell Atlas to pick her up around ten am. They'll need to be there earlier than the rest of the guests"

"Got it"

I walk away from his room without closing his door. "Close the damn door" he shouts behind me right when I enter my bedroom.

Atlas and Isa will need to come earlier because Isa is going to be my mothers' bridesmaid and Atlas Jack's groomsman. Grey and I will be the best man and maid of honor.

There are not going to be many guests, just close friends and family members. The boys attend the wedding with their families as well as Atlas's family and Isa's.

I sit down at my desk and open one of the catalogs to check everything again. Jesus, I feel like I'm losing my mind, I'm so scared that something might go bad and I need to check everything up.

Half an hour later it's already eleven pm and I'm still sitting at my desk, this time with my AirPods in.

I let out a groan and let my head fall on the desk. It's going to be fine right? I mean what could possibly go wrong?
