Marigold's POV

It was complete chaos at the shop. We were all running around like headless chickens. Allie, Mya and Meredith were scrambling to finish with the balloon arch. Haley and Liza were finishing with the table decorations. I put the last few flower vases on the tables, checking the clock for the time.

Okay, we still have 15 minutes before people should start showing up.

Daisy's 4th birthday party.

Jacob was currently in the back studio with Daisy, keeping her preoccupied so that she wouldn't rush out and see everything before we were done preparing. We closed the shop for today, the apartment is way too small to host a party and there's no reason to spend money on renting a space when we have the shop.

"Where the hell is Harry?" Allie whisper shouted at me.

Shit, I completely forgot. We've been so busy trying to get everything in order I hadn't even realized that Harry wasn't here yet.

"She's going to flip if he's not here." She said, referring to Daisy.

"I know! I know. I'm sure he'll be here. I'm sure." I held my hands out. He'll be here, there's no way in hell Harry would miss Daisy's birthday.

Harry had been significantly busy since the start of the tour a few weeks ago. It's been amazing for him though. Daisy, Allie and I had gone to the opening night of the tour, we got to see a bit of the tour life and the chaos that ensued with it. I could tell how much fun he was having from the videos that circulated the internet, he really isn't lying when he says performing is one of his favorite things to do.

The last time I'd texted him was before he got on stage last night but he was still on track to come according to him. I hadn't been able to text him at all today since we were pretty much on a strict schedule from the moment I woke up.

"I'll shoot him a text." I grumbled, grabbing my phone from the countertop. I checked his location first, seeing if he was anywhere nearby but it immediately showed up as not available.

Hey love, will you be here soon? Daisy's been itching to see you. xx

I tucked my phone back into my pocket before jumping right back to work. You'd think that a 4 year old's birthday party wouldn't be that hard to pull off. It's Daisy's first real big birthday party though, so Allie and I wanted to make it a big deal.

Her first birthday we didn't really have a party, we took pictures of her and went to the zoo. Her second birthday wasn't much of a party either, we'd gone to the park with a few friends she'd made at a mommy and me dance class we did. Her third birthday was also small, only a few kids from a mom group I'd join and then some of the girls that were working at the shop at the time and of course Meredith.

But now that Daisy is going to daycare now she has a lot of friends that she wanted to have at her birthday party. She's been to a couple of birthday parties for her classmates so it made her really excited to have her own. Daisy was really involved in everything about the party, she chose the theme- of course. She chose the decorations, she picked which desserts she wanted to make with me, she chose what went into the goody bags. Little Daisy had a vision and it was my job to make it come to life.

Everything was perfect just in time, we had 5 minutes to spare.

"Hey, bunny." I smiled, entering the studio. Daisy was sitting on a stool and Jacob was behind her, putting a boy in her hair. "Ready to come out? Your friends will be here soon." I held my hand out for her when Jacob helped her down from the stool.

"Harry here?" She tilted her head to the side. My eyes flickered to Jacobs and then back to Daisy.

"Not yet, but he'll be here." I reassured her.
