"Hm... Huh." Katelyn sighs.
"What is it, Katelyn?" Aph asks.
"I wouldn't be too sure about that Aphmau. These pages are blank." She mutters, walking over to Aphmau.
"What?!" Aphmau questions, as Katelyn hands her the book she was previously looking through.
"There empty. There's nothing inside." Katelyn states.
"What? Let me see!" Aphmau replies. She begins flipping through the pages. "What is this? Why? This can't be! No... No! No! NO! NO! Gah! I thought there would be answers here!" Aphmau angered by the empty book, throws it on the floor.
"Aphmau calm down. I know it's frustrating."
"It's been more than three years since I set out looking for answers! I've lost so much. I..." Aphmau says, with a teary voice.
"Aphmau, wait!" Katelyn says, "This book! Words just appeared in it!"
"What does it say?" Aphmau asks.
"I don't know. I don't understand what these words say."
"May I see?" Aphmau asks.
"Sure, but it doesn't look like text I've ever seen before." Katelyn replies.
Aphmau holds the book, opens it carefully, and gasps. Her hands release the book and it falls to the floor, as Aphmau's body lifts off the ground and begins glowing an array of colours. Katelyn begins screaming Aphmau's name.
I turn to look at Aphmau, and groan. "Oh, for Irene's sake, Enki." I sigh. Enki and his stupid enchanted books.
"Anna, don't just stand there! Come and help me!" Katelyn calls out.
I roll my eyes and walk over to Aphmau's floating body. "There's not much we can do, other than wait."
Aphmau's body descends and she begins gasping for air. Her breathing is heavy and she seems scared, or at least distressed.
"Aphmau! What's wrong?" Katelyn asks.
"I... I think I saw the past." Aphmau replies.
"Aphmau, you're sweating." Katelyn points out. "We need to get you back. Come on."
Katelyn grabs Aphmau's arm and guides her out of the library. I follow closely behind, but not before grabbing two random books that were laying on the table. I have no idea which ones I grabbed... But I hope they can help me discover more about Menphia.
My hands hurt a little from the way I had to contort them to grab the books, because of the burns... But it's worth it.

We arrive back at the Doctors Office, but stand gathered outside.
"How are you feeling, Aphmau?" Katelyn asks. "You've been kind of quiet the whole walk back."
"I'm alright. Just thinking." Aphmau replies, softly.
"I'm sure your head is swimming with thoughts. But we at least found something! We have more information about Irene. About, well you!"
"You're right. I'm learning more about Irene... But, now I have more questions. What happened between Irene and Shad? What about the other Magi? Am I going to find everyone else, before Shad comes back?"
"Then, we'll face it together, alright?" I add.
"Now's not the time to worry about these things, because we'll face it together." Katelyn states. "If Garroth were here, he'd say the same thing."
