1. Ano ang unang pumasok sa isip mo ng mabasa ang tema ng patimpalak na ito? Ano ang  naging inspirasyon mo sa pagsusulat ng A Taste of Heaven?
- Actually, dalawa ang entry ko sa contest na ito at mas napagplanuhan kong mabuti iyong isa haha! And I didn't originally plan creating two entries pero, as always, nakakabuhay ng drive magsulat 'yung mga prompts! Also, I love role-playing and theater plays so that might be the root of my inspo.

2. Paano ang iyong naging writing process para sa kwento at patimpalak na ito?
- First, I thought of a "core memory" na pwedeng magdikit sa kanila even as time passed. Specifically, the kissing part, as per mentioned in the prompt. I want it to be more special and memorable. I want that kissing scene to be a game changer for the both of them - a trigger for something incredible. So, after I thought of the most important part of the story, nagtuloy-tuloy na lang 'yong isip ko na buuin 'yung rest ng plot.

3. May sinusunod ka bang rules sa pagsulat ng iyong mga akda?
- I followed the rules of the contest such as the number of words, the prompt, and other guidelines na nagpa-limit sa pagbuo ng story at nakapagpalawak ng creativity namin, which I really like. Where's the fun kung walang challenge? :))

4. Mayroon ka bang kilalang tao na naging insipirasyon para sa isa sa iyong mga karakter? Sino ito at bakit?
- Myself, maybe? Haha! I was a member of a theater group during my elementary days and the love I had for role-playing and theater acts had just gotten stronger as I grew up. And the time I wrote my entry, I was severely missing standing on stage kasi kakatapos ko lang manood ng isang theater play online!

5. Ano ang iyong long term goal sa pagsusulat?
- To finally create a full-length novel. I know the process won't be easy since I was so used to writing short ones, but I'm totally up for it. Mas lalawak ang brainstorming at iyong grasp ko sa ideas and inspiration. I have never finished a novel - lahat ng attempt ko, nauuwi lang sa draft. So, hopefully, I can do it this time around with the help of Guilty Reads community :)) hart hart ~

6. Bilang isang manunulat ano ang tema na gustong-gusto mong isulat? Bakit?
- Bukod sa romance, I'm also into slice-of-life, angsty, and heavy drama about the relationship we have with other people and with ourselves. Iyong mag t-touch sa vulnerable sides and hidden scars. Gusto kong i-express 'yung madalas lang natin kini-keep sa sarili.

7. Sino ang mga hinahangaan mong manunulat?
- Marami! Pero these days, isang author ang talagang hinahangaan ko: Rayne Mariano (aka. Pilosopotasya). I've been a member of a writing community named "Guilty Reads" (which she founded herself) for 2 years (and counting) already and those years were nothing but full of awesome things that helped me get through life and being a writer. Wala sa vocabulary ni Ate Rayne ang "magsawa" dahil she's an open door. She's the most passionate person I've ever known.

8. Anong pagkain ang kaya mong kainin for the rest of your life?
- French-fries!

9. Mayroon ka bang song playlist kapag nagsusulat?
- I have a playlist but that's actually the compilation of songs I took an inspiration to. Each story, may specific akong song na pinapakinggan so bukod sa brainstorming for story ideas, searching din ako ng song na mag fi-fit sa vibe nung story! Nakakatuwa. Kasi kapag napapakinggan ko 'yung song, naaalala ko 'yung characters ko at kung paano ko nagawa 'yung kwento. Music contributes a lot in the whole process.

10. Ano ang maipapayo mo sa mga taong nagsisimula pa lang sa pagsusulat?
- Never get tired of yearning for improvement because growth comes after. There would be days that you will feel like giving up doing what you are passionate about. When that day comes, always think about the reason why you started. It's okay to rest and stop for awhile. It's fine if it'll take a long time. Remember that even burned woods that turned ashes can still ignite.
