Author's Note

I can't believe I am on Chapter Nineteen of Mend My Paper Heart! And almost to 800 reads! I just can't, seriously, this is probably an amazing thing that has happened in my life! So this book or fanfiction (whatever you call it) is 55 pages on word and 25617 words also. Cannot believe that. This is the longest fanfiction I have written! I am pretty sure I will have like twenty or so more chapters to write, maybe less or more. I don't know, I haven't figured out where I am heading yet, I mean I know the ending and whatever....

Jadyn’s POV

            I do not know how I got dragged into this, into going shopping. I mean I despised it so much! I glared at Caitlyn on the way to the parking lot and she just smiled wide at me.

“You have to spend your work check sometime!” she chirped as I glared at her.

“I do spend my work check! I buy groceries and I send my family postcards,” I told her.

“I am surprised you don’t have a cat yet,” she said shaking her head.

“I wouldn’t have time for it anyways,” I informed her as Louis stopped and looked at us.

“Ladies ladies ladies, let us breath out and in and out and in, and then we can continue on to our shopping trip,” he said as I glared at him.

“It is in and out,” I told him as Caitlyn nodded in agreement, “And I think I just suddenly got sick,” I added as I turned around and hit something muscular and solid.

“I’m sorry,” an unfamiliar British accent came as I stepped back and looked up into rich chocolate brown eyes.

“Oh, it was my fault,” I said staring at the guy as he shot me a grin.

“I wouldn’t want to hurt you,” he said.

“Ready Jadyn?” Caitlyn yelled as I looked at her and glared as she smiled.

“It seems like your friends are calling you…” the guy said trailing off.

“JADYN YOU ARE SITTING NEXT TO HAROLD!” Louis yelled suddenly as I looked at the guy.

“I have to go, it was nice running into you, literally,” I said as I smiled and he smiled back.

“I’m Matt, is Harold your boyfriend?” he asked as I shook my head.

“Nope, he is just my friend, nice meeting you Matt,” I told him as I walked towards Caitlyn.

“You’re in the back, it is Louis and Niall in the front, me in the middle and you two in the back,” she informed me as I shot her a ‘you have to be kidding me’ look and she smiled.  “I knew you would be happy with this situation Jady-Jade,” she said winking as I climbed in the back with Harry.

“Don’t get too cozy back there guys,” Louis said as he pulled out and swerved to the left making me bump against Harry.

“Don’t worry, we just love being shoved together,” I said actually buckling.

“Okay,” Louis said taking another sharp turn.

“WHY IS HE DRIVING?” I yelled ten minutes later after five more sharp turns.

“I just realized, the stores are the other direction…” Louis said trailing off as I groaned.

This was going to be a long ride.
